Mike was brilliant - I had a problem after installing Windows 11 and he solved it for me in a flash - would highly recommend him and if I get any more problems I will certainly be giving him a call.

Mike diagnosed the problem with my pc quickly and kept me up to date regarding the parts required and approximate cost to get it back up and running. Mike is very knowledgeable and comes highly recommended. I will be in touch for any future pc requirements.

MIke is really friendly and helpful, giving honest advice without trying to sell the most expensive fixes. Diagnosed the problems with my AIO PC quickly, keeping me fully informed of progress and price of different options.

My old all in one PC was running extremely slow and glitchy. Mike upgraded and did a clean install of Windows 10. My PC is up and running at sonic speeds compared to what I was putting up with for ages. Truly recommend this business to help with your laptop/PC you won't be disappointed with the results.

Called in on the off chance to enquire about my frozen screen, they were very helpful and knowlegable and asked us to bring the laptop down later to check it out, the next day they had repaired it, which was brilliant.

My computer broke down, I was told that I needed a new hard drive, then after a couple of hours I had a phone call telling me the computer was fixed and ready for collection. A great service. For the past couple of years I have relied on Syntech to look after my computer, I am not very good with computers, and I have caused a few problems, I take the computer to their premises, they have always fixed the computer. I have never waited more than a couple of hours. They are the best.

I’ve had my computer 4-5 years so took it for an update not knowing if it would be worth spending money on it or to just buy a new one. The gentleman was great he was honest and told me my computer was of a really good spec and was worth updating saving me hundreds of pounds that I would have spent on a new one. He also advised me if the best way to install WiFi to my summer house / office and it works. Thank you for such good advice
