I worked with Tarek for 6 months after I'd worked as a design manager for a year. The 6 months were pivotal for me and very eye opening. Tarek was able to provide me with actionable steps I started utilising on day-to-day basis with my own team. The topic ranged from improving performance of my team, accountability and building more diverse teams. I cannot recommend Tarek and Synthosys enough, whether you are a seasoned leader in your field or just starting up, I'm sure you'll benefit from this type of coaching

I’ve had the opportunity to get coaching sessions with Dr. Tarek over the span of three months as part of a global ambassadorship program.

By prioritizing providing a safe space to his clients, Dr. Tarek helped me explore different aspects of my life related to the program and beyond. The session was not just a conversation. We always had actions to take or questions to reflect on after each session. It was more about taking action than talking. He told me once that "coaching happens between the sessions" and I totally agree with him.

Tarik is a true professional in the realm of psychology and development, what I found extremely unique was his robust analytical background, Tarik runs his sessions in a very relaxed and open manner , you feel naturally at ease to discuss any idea or matter that you'd like to delve into it and then he possess the skill to dig deeper and find a true cause, reasoning or merely ask an open ended question that shifts your world view on a problem you've been tackling for a while and once that shift happens you understand the true value of his expertise in pinpointing that "mental knot".

I met Tarik through a prestigious diplomacy bootcamp that I was enrolled in where he was a mentor on the program, all throughout the various sessions he managed to propel my psyche and allowed me to uncover lots of discoveries along the way.

Dr Tarek Jomaa coaching has been a great discovery. As I started my new post, I was invited to attend a series of meeting about leadership. Not fully aware of what it was, I started this training. After the first session it was clear that this was indeed much necessary to develop my skills as “manager”. Over the short period I found that Dr Jomaa was able to guide me through my first challenges as manager while allowing to come to the right answers myself or discovering habits and/or behaviour that I have. Even if it was a short coaching journey it has already made an impact on myself. I will recommend to everyone who is approaching a managerial role and to everyone that want to establish more meaningful relationship with peers.

Dr Jomaa’s coaching sessions are a game changer. They really help you explore all aspects of who you are and what you are doing. In my case we looked at improving my ability to manage and I would recommend all managers (what ever the level) to attend/sign up for some sessions. He will help you build on your own experiences (the good and the bad). He’ll help you understand the mind and actions of others and put a heap of theory into what you’ve experienced. He is a true legend and I’m now happy to say he’s also a friend after our 6 sessions. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Indeed he now coaches multiple members of my team from PhD students to early career researchers.
