They don’t even deserve that star!!!!! Sent me some knockoff crap and then don’t accept returns. No of course not, cause you wouldn’t make no money. You’d be refunding everybody!! SCAM!!!!!

SCAM! $50 Taken from account nearly two weeks after original $30 transaction, avoid at all costs!
Transaction was also listed under "gentbuilt.com" and I have found another person claiming theirs came through as "sugar sew" so be wary anything by those names as well, clearly they have several parent companies they can change too when the charge backs for their scam get too much.

BUYER BEWARE!
I agreed to a total. The next page thanked me and stated my total was higher by 40%. That's also the number I was immediately charged. I instantly emailed them and said I didn't want to do business with them, and had to jump through hoops to submit the request to multiple places. This was all completed instantly. Within a couple of hours, I got an email stating the order had been fulfilled. A week later and still no human response or shipping info. Screw them.

Turns out I’m not the only victim. I had 47.33 AUD taken out of my account. Never even shopped here or heard of this place. They must have used brute force methods to gain access to random account details. Nasty. Sent a dispute to my bank.

I have never shopped at this store even looked at their website and some how they got my bank information. They keep charging me the same amount of $30 and I have had to dispute the charges multiple times. I’ve been trying to get ahold of customer service. But of course they never responded.

I order last April (2022) still have not received my order. They keep lying saying they tried to refund me. Ask for my PayPal information, I sent them that several times no refund. I even sent a request from my PayPal account several times.. Still no refund. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!

I ordered in November. It is February and they are still responding to my email that shipment is on way instead of just cancelling at this point. Not a company anyone should be doing business with!!

What a scam-they lost my original shipment and refused to refund me showing guidelines about no returns-THERE ARE NO RETURNS-why highlight that as there are no returns -this is a lost pkg.THEY LOST THE ORDER. So now after months they sent out a replacement and no one knows where this second shipment is. I’ve written them twice but getting no answers. Don’t get scammed like I did!!!!!

All of these comments are absolutely true!! This company is a CROOKS! I've been trying to get my money back since June 15th because I didn't receive my order I placed on April 4th. They kept send the same reply telling me to track my order! AND even the tracking information doesn't exist. After multiple times of telling them to refund me on June 29th I get a message saying they believe it to be lost and are sending me another. I told them I do not want another one I want my money! Now they are saying they can't refund it due to the company's policy!!! Stay away from this company!! They should be shut down and forums such as social media should NOT be promoting this fraudulent company!!!

Please nobody purchase this. Their company is a scam!! I placed my order they immediately took the money out of my account and never shipped my product. For over 3 1/2 months I sent many emails. First demanding my tracking information. When I pulled up the tracking it always showed still in China waiting for shipping label. They did respond back to me once and it was a generic email copy and pasted with their shipping timelines. Saying at the most it would take 21 days. It had been a month and a half at that point . The last emails I sent I demanded a refund and I never heard back from them. But I did tell them in the email I will flood social media with bad reviews and comments. They can keep taking them down but I will keep posting. Again please do not fall for there scam! This isn’t real

Ordered last year and my package was supposed to come in February. Only part came. I told them and they said they’d send another out. Never came. So I asked for a refund and they refused. Said another replacement already was sent. It’s now mid may and I still haven’t gotten what I paid for. They refuse to refund me. Address for them is fake. Not a real location. It’s an intersection. All this comes from china so I’m assuming this is a completely fake company. No phone number or anything available. I would love a refund but know that’s never going to happen.
