I had a leak in a hosepipe which I was surprised at as the hosepipe quality is in a different league to others I've had of the Internet
I emailed T-HOSE they asked for a photo of the leaking hosepipe i had an email back confirming and sending me a replacement hosepipe free of charge
I received the package 3 days later a excellent service a good BRITISH COMPANY to deal with my only complaint is a phone number would be a easier way to order etc as not everyone is good on the Internet

Really pleased because my other hose had developed a leak at the part which connects to the spray gun which does not appear to be fixable.
Have had my original T-hoses for a few years and even managed to use a lance with this one so am very happy with them. Previous flexible hoses, even other well known make ones, burst when I used the lance.
Great product which I have recommended to friends.

Zero stars for this company
Zero stars for this company. They claim to have sent the hose which was then returned to them as 'undeliverable ' Another email sent stating the hose has been delivered and a random picture of a box on a stacker truck clearly in a warehouse somewhere! Now awaiting my refund which I'm told takes 10 days to process. 4 weeks in total chasing this.

Quality product
I ordered a 100ft hose which was too big. I really needed a 75ft which isn’t currently available. I liked it so much though, that I ordered the 50ft. Very disappointed that it was too short, and also had to be returned. Very comfortable and easy to use - I love how it reduces in size quickly once the water leaves it. Simple to hang on a proper hook, ready for next time. Also, customer service is very important to me, and this company’s after sale service, is excellent. Definitely worth 5 stars - thank you!

I was delighted to find how easy it was to connect my new T-hose to my outside tap. I am hoping this hose will last longer than all the cheaper expandable hoses I have bought in the past, which have burst within a very short time. It certainly looks and feels more substantial but time will tell.

Great for those with chronic pain / fatigue
I've been struggling to use my traditional hose as I have chronic pain and fatigue. This hose is amazing, it doesnt kink, I can keep it in a pot and it doesnt get tangled. It's light weight and I dont have to battle with it to put it away. Saving me energy and pain levels. Well worth it.

Really great company to deal with.
Such a great company and a terrific product. Customer service team fantastic. After purchasing my second hose there was a fault, I contacted customer services and the issue was given immediate attention. Having sent a video of the issue the product was replaced without any hassle. Really good delivery times too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both company and their products.

Not durable and no response from customer services.
Was delighted with the hose and gave it a five star review. Very disappointed that after a year and 2 weeks (so just out of warranty) it has worn through and leaking.
E-mailed company but zero response.
Very disappointed with the lack of durability and lack of customer aftercare. Such a shame but I would not recommend this company, a premium hose should last more than a year in a small garden with light use.

Great product & customer service
Great product, does exactly what it promises and after years of putting up with kinks and faffing around winding my old hose up on to a reel that didn't fancy holding a coiled up hosepipe, this one is a dream!
Plenty long enough as well when expanded (reaches from the back of my house to the bottom of my drive at the front) but shrinks back to a manageable size for storing.
Had a small issue with it but Hannah responded within an hour or so and had a replacement with me within less than 48 hours - brilliant customer service!

Excellent product
The hose arrived as promised. It was very well packaged and this was intact.
The hose and the brass accessories were in excellent condition and of a substantial construction.
Once the hose was connected to my exterior tap there were no leaks from any of the fittings or the hose.
Compared to a traditional plastic hose, the Tuf-Hose is lightweight and doesn't kink in use and it's easy to transport around the garden. It is also easy to stow when not in use.
My only issue with the Tuf-Hose is it's external material which is developing snags as it is pulled around the garden whilst watering the plants.
Having said the above I have already recommended the Tuf-Hose to family.

Excellent T-Hose is a Brand Leader
We have bought T-Hose in recent years having tried a number of makes and T-Hose surpasses all other brands we have used. The quality of the hose itself together with the solid brass connectors adds to a robust feel to the product. On the occasion of a leak the customer service was superb, a no quibble replacement and an instant response from Hannah. The T-Hose is a superb product which I would strongly recommend.

My new hose ruptured after one use so I got in touch with customer service. I got a quick response and following me sharing a video of the rupture, T Hose provided me with a replacement hose straight away. I appreciated the friendly and courteous manner of the staff member, Hannah and hopefully my new hose will outlast it's predessor.
