SCAM! Never received a order comfirmation! But, my banking institution shows payment. Contacted them via email. Their "Customer Service agent" Sarrah P claims my order was not complete. Sent back a number of emails with my actual banking withdrawl to Comfy Shirts. If they show no signs of a purchase, why did my bank! They have basically stolen my money! WARNING! No phone number to reach them! I would have given a 0 star but there was no option. Rip Off joint. EVERY place of business has a phone number! They dont!

Bought two shirts on june 8th. Waited out the 5-10 business days with no information besides it processing. Finally I used the chat function to teach out to the company to see what the hold up was. They said their production was overwhelmed with orders and refunded me 10% of my order and assured me that I would get it as soon as they could. It ended up taking a month to get the shirts. Once it shipped it did ship quickly. I sent them directly to my parents. They are happy with the quality. I thankfully ordered larger because they do runsmall. Womens is one size small and mens is about 1.5 sizes small. So my mom is a small and a medium fits. Dad is a large sometimes medium and the XL fits great. So 3 stars because if the shipping issue but overall happy.

COMFY SHIRTS avoid Bad experience - took a month for product to arrive . Nothing like the pictures and the material used was very very . Never again - be warned . Also 3XL shirt ordered very snug .

I'm still waiting for my shirt to arrive.. I ordered it on June 4, 2019....
WHERE is it?
They have absolutely NO way to reach them (aka NO Customer service No Contact number etc. )
I feel ripped off!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THIS IS A FAKE! The good reviews come from this company. They are located in Germany. I would give this company zero stars but the only way I could give a review is to give it one star. Never received item. Everytime I email them they say it's being processed. Never can talk to them just talking money from us.

I had the same problem with needing to return the 3 shirts and 2 hoodies. Very dirty, pet hair on one shirt, printing was terrible, being faded, very poorly sizing. Refund policy stated return within 5 days for a full refund. I contacted then within 15 minutes upon receiving the merchandise and they blocked every message I sent them. Thankfully I used my charge card and the charges were temporarily reversed. I had to file a dispute with my cc company and am returning all 5 items to this loosely used company. Scammers

HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The shipping time took longer than promised. When the shirt finally arrived, I was very disappointed with the T-shirt quality. When I inquired about the refund policy, I was told that I could not return it - because the shirts are printed “on demand” and my shirt “met their campaign” - whatever the heck that means. They refused to give me a refund. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. Do not click on their ads on Facebook or Instagram!!

I would give it zero stars if u could. I ordered it a month ago and apparently it us still in production. Whenever I try to contact support I get automated messages with absolutely no assistance what so ever. When I ordered it it stated 14 days...a month later an still waiting.

Takes forever to arrive and their customer service is apparently words I cannot use in this review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

It's been over 3 weeks, and they keep sending an automated message that they will let me know when it ships. If they do not reply with a date that I will receive it, next week I will cancel the order and dispute the charge. This is not how to treat customers.

Took forever to receive and when I did they had sent the wrong size and a completely different pattern. I got suckered. I'm writing this so you don't.

Awful awful scam !!! My fault for ordering from 3rd party on Facebook. I ordered three weeks ago and it still says “it’s in production”
There is no phone number, no address, and whenever I email them it says “invalid email”

I got screwed over by thieves and I bought 3!! Don’t buy from Cheery Tees, horrible customer service !!!! So frustrated cause I wanted these for Father’s Day for my FIL, father and uncle!!
Now I have to make a formal complaint to my bank !!! Awful scam !!!

Ordered a T-shirt and money was taken. It hasn’t arrived and I can’t ‘contact them’ to get my money back!

Facebook needs to police their scam links more closely!

CHEERY TEES is the worst company ever! Three weeks ago I ordered a tee for Father's Day 2019. It still has not shipped. Perhaps I will receive it by Father's Day 2020. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I am writing this review to let those of you who may want to order from this company. I mainly want to let you know that should you have a problem in wanting to return the item for a refund or exchange, "DON'T" you will have great difficulties! Their method of trying to "Contact Us" to help SUCKS! Be sure you have your order correct and then just cross your fingers all goes well!

I ordered a Xmas gift for my partner and it was paid etc I was told to expect 2weeks for international delivery. I ordered Oct 20th and was told my item was delivered to my country Dec 30. From then on I wasn’t able to get anymore updates from them. Now 4months later they say they cannot help with my inquiries. Useless dodgy website/sellers.
Never again and I’ll be sharing my experience all around Social Media.

Wish I could give a 0. Ordered an item on the 3rd of Nov..As of Dec. 5th still no item. Its only a printed piece of paper. Contacted them after time went by and was told...So Sorry, your item is somewhere in production and you CAN'T cancel your order. So, they get the money, customer gets crapped on....never order from these thieves again!

They never sent me a confirmation email that my order shipped. As a result, I wasn't home when it was allegedly delivered. I followed up with them to ask why my order wasn't received, and their response was that UPS takes the shipment and after that they aren't responsible. I paid money and didn't get anything for it. I never got any email or notification confirming the order was processed or shipped. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

this product is good to have though you have to face a little bit of problem but it is acceptable

The quality is awesome plus a wide variety of t-shirts. Their customer service is also good.
