the website is not great but it can be better by improving it they can add pictures so people can see what they want to buy and make it easy for them to chose what they want to buy which mean that they will be satisfied

I ordered a birthday shirt back in October 2019 and have still yet to receive August 2020. No one has answered my emails and when I click on the website now I can a warning from my computer not to go to this website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

what a bad deal,order my sweet shirt 8 june still got nothing.its a scam i warn my sweet friends not buying anything from this company 35 euro gone...they adv with very nice sweet shirt and as a long live sweetfan i must have it.its a shame be carefull to order something you lost your money.

My experience was great. I placed the order on a Saturday night and received the shirt 4 days later.

I would for sure give it no stars if i could! Said sizes were not true to size so i ordered 3 sizes bigger! Well i received 2 of the 4 i purchased 2 1/2 months after i ordered them too small! Then when i sent them an email they said they sent me 3 packages well i only got one so that means the other 2 were in individual packages! They said they had arrived in the US, but i would not receive them for another month and when they arrived in the US i could start tracking them. They contradicted themselves they had just said they had tracked them and they had already arrived in the US. Then they give me these china post tracking numbers that were the same as the package i had already received! They need to be turned into someone i'm not sure who. Would never buy from this place! Don't buy from Hugeee

Terrible. Took them a long time to deliver. The hoodie was way to small. Can happen but that they don´t react to several attempts to get in contact with them is inexcusable.

This company is a joke!!! Ordered a shirt on June 1st - it is now July 27th and still no shirt. I should have read the reviews here before I ordered from them. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!@

If I could do zero stars, I would. This company is TERRIBLE. They marketed a shirt for the 4th of July and I received the shirts nearly a month after. I attempted to contact them for weeks before the items shipped to cancel, but they somehow couldn’t respond until after the shirts shipped.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!! You will not get your money back — possibly never receive your products too.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered two shirts for father's day on June 9th. They were supposed to be from the children and as of today, July 24, I have not received them, nor any shipping email. The only way that I have information is because I always take screenshots of everything I purchase online. This company needs to be reported to the BBB ASAP!

Ordered a shirt on June 9th for a Father's Day gift. It is now July 23rd and I still have not received the shirt. I contacted PayPal and they said it had been shipped. I finally saw an estimated delivery date of today and still no shirt. I received a notice that it was delayed and may be another 48 hours. Do Not Order from this company!!!!!!

Do not order from this company! I ordered a tshirt SIX WEEKS AGO, of which they originally gave me a shipping date of June 29-July1. They've sent me NO updates or courtesy emails and every time I attempt to track the order through their website, it only says "order in progress". I contacted the company and, not surprisingly, received nothing but automated useless crap in return. I think I have been MORE than understanding. I will be taking my complaint directly to paypal. I think this company is running a scam that hopes people will forget about their order and who shells out the occasional product to those who make a big enough fuss and don't mind waiting 3-6 months.

lies and excuses. Order nothing from them, you will never get it and you will get auto reply emails. Save your money or just throw it in the trash vs using this site. I don't even think it's in Texas.

I actually don’t want to leave a review, but I’m going to. I ordered two shirts for my birthday next month. Yesterday I received my package to only get one of the shirts I ordered. I left an email for them informing them of my other shirt, no response yet because it the weekend. But I did inform to send my other shirt or refund me my money and I don’t care if it’s just $11, I want it.

I placed an order the beginning of May 2020 for a Father's day gift. It was not a customized item. I have NOT received my order and it hasn't shipped yet! They refuse to issue a full refund and according to the company tracking it has been in the printing stage for the last THREE WEEKS!! BUYER BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! I WISH I COULD TAKE MY ONE STAR BACK!!!

I had purchased a hoodie which was back in March it did take a while to get I am assuming because of Covid and was very please with the item I received, it was better than I thought. Teerolls was alright for me and planning to order again

I saw this company in a Twitter promo and ordered a shirt from them. Now, a month later and having not heard a peep from them I cancelled the order on their web site. I received a response that the order was “in production and could not be cancelled”. I responded with they could not charge until the product shipped. The next response I got from them was it would be shipped within the next 10-20 days. So it could be up to two months before one receives an order from this company. Now I’ll have to file a PayPal complaint. I’ll use a credit card for sure next time.

Bought a tee shirt. When it got here. It’s so small I can’t even get it on. $30 shirt I can get on. Wth
