I ordered a T-shirt, never received it and no reply from the company. Please do not order from them.

Okay so i placed An order on June 4 for father's day and i contacted them and have gotten the run around. So disappointed that I still have not gotten my order yet and tried to file a claim but it's telling me that the order # is wrong. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Still haven't received my order from Gumac Shirts. Tried to call and e-mail with no ability to contact. Hope my Credit Card will reverse the purchase but my hopes are low. Fathers day has came and gone so no need for the present now.

If we could rate a 0 we would!! My husband ordered 4 shirts almost $100 in total over a month ago and he still hasn't received anything and today is 6/20/2020. We will be disputing this charge since we never received confirmation numbers, tracking numbers, replies to emails nothing!! We agree with people here DO NOT ORDER FROM SOLOCAKE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered two shirts for Father's Day on May 8th. One shirt was delivered a month later on June 11th. The other shirt never showed up. After countless attempts to email the company, they WILL NOT give me a refund and can't tell me when the second shirt will be delivered. DO NOT try calling the phone number as it's automated and you can't actually speak to anyone in person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I really hope that people will be smarter than I was. I was duped!!!! It is a scam. Please do not falll for this advertisement for a nice looking T shirt. They never came. I am so disappointed because they were Father's Day gifts that I paid for and never got. However they surely took my money quick enough. I was able to get through to talk with them and the person at the other end had the gaul to say they would credit my account 10% for the inconvenience they had caused and that my shirt would be on the way the next day...obviously no credit to my cc and no shirt...please don't fall for this as I did. I now have a fraud claim against this company as well.

I ordered a ladies medium tee-shirt 3 months ago. It finally arrived yesterday. It is poorly made and child size. Worst product I have ever ordered online. Have asked many times for a full refund. They have only refunded the shipping costs and shipped another one! Be warned do not order anything from this company.

What a crap company. I ordered on April 23rd and I have yet to receive my masks as of June 17th. No communication regarding shipping or delays. I wish I’d not been an impulse buyer.

***EDIT 6/18/20: The company has given me 50% of my money back and claim they will ship my order to me ASAP. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Solocake is a complete rip off do not buy from them. They are connected to Fannyzone neither is going to send you your products I threw 90+ dollars right out the window over 4 weeks now nothing has come I expect that to be the outcome. If you like throwing money out the window then go ahead and order from them. Don't expect anything from them to come. They are total scam people.

Terrible site. Ordered shirt back in end of March still haven't received it. It's June 15th. Very disappointed ☹️ They keep telling me when it comes to my country they can track it. Starting to doubt them. Never order through them again. But they took my money.

Awful...I’m having the same issue everyone else seems to be having...ordered a t-shirt in mid May and was notified on May 18 it shipped and the status hasn’t updated since. USPS actually says it’s “on its way to the shipping facility” which means it actually hasn’t shipped. I have emailed them twice and they keep telling me shipping is taking a bit longer than usual due to the pandemic which is understandable but stop giving me the run around and don’t tell me something shipped when it obviously hasn’t.

If I could give this worse than 1 star I would!! Been 7 weeks since I ordered and can't even get an answer about when it will be shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I could have copied and pasted another post. Also ordered 5/22, took money out that day, here it is 6/13 and nothing. If you call you get a recording but no way to leave message. Send an email and you get a stock reply asking for info you already sent. Do not order from them.

This is extremely disappointing. I've sent several emails and made several call that led me NO WHERE. As for me, I placed my order on May 22nd and they estimated the delivery for June 5 - June 9, which was perfect because I needed the 3 shirts ordered for an event occurring on June 14th. Today, its June 13th and I have no hope that I will receive my item in time or at all. However, they made sure they withdrew the money from my account as soon as my order was placed - no hesitation there. I normally do my research, but this time I fell short. I just wish I read ALL reviews before placing an order with 2zitee.com. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I believe I also am another victim of this um to use the term loosely vendor. My order has been stuck I. NY since June 3rd and I ah e emailed them but I have gotten a sort of response. Corona and so on excuses it’s my hard earned money, my Father’s Day gift and now after being so excited for this item Zero trying to have some sort of faith but after reading all the below reviews I’m not so sure.

I ordered a shirt for my upcoming birthday April 30th. I have emailed and contacted this company several times for a refund. My shirt been in Coppell, TX facility for over a month. They would not refund me my money after I asked on several
occasions. Please do not order from this company.

Ordered for my birthday two months b4 my birthday and it still hasn't made it...shows it's been in New Jersey sitting for months. It's some scam stuff for sure. Go ahead and contact ya card companies/bank
