I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I ordered on March 19 and still have not received anything on May 8. No confirmation email was sent. Every time I send a message to the support email it bounces. Do NOT buy from them

It’s a scam. Thankfully I used my Amex.. they go by several names. Mozatees is one of them.
They are charging as a crowdsourcing fundraiser..

Do not order from this company! Still waiting for my shirt order from April 9. Tracking says my shirts are still in processing and have been for 25 days now. Both son's birthdays have long passed and I no longer need shirts. Of course they have denied me trying to cancel my order twice. I feel taken advantage and trapped. They have my money and I have no merchandise. Very poor customer service and no phone number or way to make any comments like I'm doing here. I wonder why? I feel scammed.

Scam won’t refund even after almost a month of waiting, haven’t got any tshirts😡

I am still waiting on my daughters birthday shirt. Her birthday was April 24th. Ordered on April 5th. 5-10 day delivery. Got the shipping confirmation and was hopeful it would get here. Still don’t have it. Contacted them twice. No response. Never ever will I order from them again. Buyer beware...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXTREMELY DELAYED TIME RECEIVING PRODUCT. I ordered a surprise birthday t-shirt on April 1st with the small print saying it could take 5-10 days to arrive. My wife's birthday was April 18th. I attempted to contact the company immediately after ordering to ensure it would be here by her birthday. Their phone number on the confirmation email was a non working number. There were 2 emails I could potentially email for customer service and I reached out to both. One of the emails was invalid and bounced back. The other email went through. I wrote about my concern to ensure the t-shirt would arrive on time and even offered to pay extra for shipping. They informed me that I could not pay extra for shipping and they could not ensure that it would arrive on my requested date, although their website stated 5-10 days. I then asked to cancel my order and they told me I could not (this was 2 days after my order when they finally emailed me back). I contacted Paypal to receive my money back and the day Paypal reached out to this company, magically the t-shirt was shipped. I received a notification that they shipped the t-shirt the day of my wife's birthday (April 18th). I received the t-shirt on 4/28, 10 days after my wife's birthday making for a huge disappointment. Do not order from this company unless you do so months in advance from when you actually want your product. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I also used a chat feature on their website and when I voiced my concern I was immediately disconnected.

I ordered from amazing tee co. On April 12, 2020. It is still in printing for 2 weeks and no sign of shipping as of this review. I asked for a cancellation and refund and was told it was in printing and couldn’t be cancelled. Not a special order! They are a scam. Going to try and call my bank to have it cancelled. I also started reviewing on their FB page and wow they took away the reply button when I go on!! Is that legal took away my freedom of speech rights!!! Unbelievable. I’m writing to Facebook.

Wish I had read these reviews. Don’t get caught up by this company.

What a scam!

This review is for the company that goes by "Amazing Tee Shopper" but that seems to be one of several names.

I ordered a t-shirt on 4/7 and on 4/8 I canceled the order and requested a refund. After no response, I contacted them via chat (they have no phone number). I was told that it was a custom order that was already in production and could be neither canceled nor refunded. It was a standard tee on their website, with no customization involved. They charged me on 4/8 and the order confirmation said it would be sent within 5-10 days after payment. In other words, plenty of time to stop the order. I asked to be connected with a manager and was told someone would reach me via email... not holding my breath.

I wish I had read these reviews. What a scam!

I have never received my order. Even with frequent requests, no refund has been made!!!

If I could do less than 1 star I would. Wish I read these before ordering. Total scam never received my t-shirt. Ordered three months ago.

Buyer beware! I ordered two t-shirts, one medium and one large, and it took four weeks for them to get to me. When I finally received them I discovered that they made a mistake and sent me an extra large, rather than a large. I have emailed them twice about this and have not had any response at all. So be prepared that you might not get what you ordered, and that you'll have no recourse.

Zinaas.com is a total scam. It's been 3 months and I still havent received my order.....I only ordered one tshirt and it's no where in sight. I sent about 20 emails during this 3 month period. I got a response to maybe 2 of them stating "will check in it". It got to the point where I would email 2 or 3 times a day until they blocked me altogether.So today, I filed a dispute with PayPal. Let's see what happens.

Good luck trying to return your product. There's no address listed to return an item, they don't respond to emails and their "customer service" phone number is disconnected.

I have ordered 2 teeshirt never recieved them. How do you get your money back took me for $80.

Don’t buy from YALLKNOWNIGEL I ordered a t-shirt and hoodie in November and it’s almost New Year and I didn’t get it. He is a RIP OFF!!!! No phone number and no response to emails. The thief will rob you of your coins. NIGEL SUCKS

I ordered mid October, its now December 29th. I never received my order, I also never got a response to my last 2 emails about it. I let paypal know and they have now returned my money. Thankfully I used paypal.

The tracking info has not been updated for a week ‘China Post’ and all tracking details in Chinese.
Seems to be a scam.

Do NOT buy anything from these people . Placed an order in September and it wasn’t right had to turn around and pay for another shirt even though I was told just shipping . Still waiting on the second shirt have had nothing but the run around and then excuses due to their black Friday sales . So I basically am out $30 and have a shirt that’s to small and and not even the one I ordered . Didn’t realize when I ordered it was coming from China or I never would have ordered. Total SCAM !

BEWARE!!! Stay AWAY from Noz Teez!
Horrible customer service! Took 3 weeks to get my tshirts (it said 5-7 business days). Once I received, the tank tops were grossly oversized. I measured them and the shirts were several inches shorter than what was on the website sizing chart! Barely come to my waist! When I contacted them to explain, along with photos and measurements that I took, they refused to refund or exchange for free. Instead offering a 50% discount (excluding shipping)! I’ve emailed 3 times since asking for an free exchange or refund with absolutely NO response!! Gave them every opportunity to make this right. HORRIBLE!!! I’m out $65 and can’t even wear these ridiculously large tanks that would be too large for a sumo wrestler!!
