Our order didn't go through because of a computer glitch on T2's end. Within 24 hours, Maddi had our order sorted and unexpectedly but very kindly refunded us the full amount that was spent for our items.
Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Cobwebs in my tea tin!!
I purchased the Green Rose loose leaf tea and a white tin from T2 Emporium less than a year ago when my usual tea store was closed due to COVID. I’m not a huge fan of T2 because I find their tea to be overpriced and low quality with too much artificial flavouring. I currently have 12 tins of tea from other stores so I alternate a lot. I hadn’t had the Green Rose in a while as I find it too sweet, but today when I opened the tin I noticed a kind of cobweb layer around the inside of the tin and on the tea. In all my years of drinking loose leaf tea stored in airtight tins have I ever come across this. I thought it might’ve been mould but the tea was not clumped together at the bottom so this was not a moisture problem. I showed my partner and he said yep they’re cobwebs. I checked the rest of my collection and it’s the only tin with cobwebs. I was horrified. I'm not sure how anything could get into an airtight tin, which leads me to believe that something had laid eggs on the tea leaves before they were packaged?! This is a huge reflection of T2’s poor quality control and manufacturing processes. I will never buy anything from T2 again, and I strongly recommend everyone buy their tea elsewhere or from small independent tea stores online where you’ll find a much wider selection of much higher quality tea for the same price if not cheaper. Yuck!

I have been drinking T2 tea for years, you can’t beat the quality of this loose tea brand.
In store they are amazing with the service, you are lucky they will have samples ready and waiting. If you want to try before you bye they offer that too- just ask!
Online i have ordered a few times form T2 but I do prefers the personal service you get from in store shopping. I have never had an issue with the delivery or customer service. I think the recent reviews are a little harsh- the global pandemic has meant there are longer waiting times for orders.
Overall this is a great company to buy your lose teas. They have a great selection and all the staff are trained to know the difference types and that notes you will get from each one.
Smashed flask
I bought the double walled glass flask with the description implying that it is fit to be used on the go. To give it credit, the infusion part of the bottle worked fine and it did keep my tea warm for a decent time, HOWEVER the bottle is so fragile that it smashed in my bag side pocket. So - great infuser, rubbish if you so much as bump it.

Tried repeatedly to contact customer services as my order was recorded as delivered but I hadn’t received it.
No response. No refund. No attempt whatsoever to either help me track it down or sort it out. The only contact I got was asking for a review and then saying my review (admittedly scathing) wouldn’t be posted but someone would be in touch to discuss it. No one got in touch.
You’d be better off just throwing money out your window. At least that way someone’s day would be improved.
Great tea; poor online customer service
The tea is great, and very innovative, though I don't understand why favourite flavours keep being dumped. My big problem with T2, though, is that their T2 Society is pointless. There is no advantage to being part of this society: no rewards or anything for customer loyalty. I couldn't change my email address through the website, and when they did it, all my years of order history was lost. So - buy the tea, by all means, but forget about joining their T2 Society.

Great tea, but the delivery service to Europe from the UK is apalling. Took 7 weeks for the order to arrive.
I love T2 with all my heart
I love T2 with all my heart. I love their tea so much that I wish they offered decaf ranges of all my favourites so I could drink them more frequently without the caffeine overload. Staff in shops are always incredible friendly too. The only teensy downside is they don't restock their online products as often as I'd like - have been waiting about three months for a tea to be back in stock and still no sign!

I used to love T2 as a band, please stop ruining it with terrible customer service!!
We ordered a set of cups and a matching tea pot. The tea pot didn't arrive. It should have been easy for them to fix T2's mistake but it was not. We eventually got a suitable solution but it was after a lot of our time and it caused a lot of stress.
I don't think we will be making another order until we hear that the customer service and processes have been improved.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND NO MORE RESPONSE OR TEA. In my email it says my order was dispatched 20th of January - still no sign of it. On the order it says it was then returned to you guys. I asked for customer service 29th of January by email BUT still no response? What a horrid customer service of an order over 100£. If you can't ship the orders then DONT TAKE THEM.
Most horrible customer experience ever
Update* The last email was the customer service asking me 'what I sent back' yet I have constantly told them its the full order of £85. As I said a loop, same loop. The shipment sent from DHL is marked delivered back to them, I don't know what they're playing at. Complete silence for 2 days after I told them its the whole order.

Just like the review below, we ordered in December and the cup was faulty. After being told we had to pay for postage for their mistake we decided we were going to send the whole order back.
We have a fully tracked DHL shipment which we paid £12 for (from our own pocket). What makes it worse is now the customer service are denying receiving the product back - even though DHL has delivered it fully tracked! We are left hanging for 2 weeks now. I email them every second day and I get the same response. They don't check any of my attachments and give the same response. I'm in a constant loop.
£85 + £12 down the drain, but I won't give up. If this review does not result in you in getting in touch I will take this further.
I'm stunned that this company is worth millions, and I won't be surprised if it's going to be bankrupt in the next few years. If you don't take care of your customers, they don't take care of you. Learn from Amazon.
I replaced 4 orders since December…
I replaced 4 orders with T2 since December 2020 loved and kept them all . But unfortunately my first order with them the the tea pot lid was broke l tried to contact them by numerous emails to ask for refund but no reply.. Then l tried to phone them but unfortunately that goes to e voice message despite their message says “ please leave a message and your number we will get back to you quicker then you can say 123 “ 😂😂 joke . They don’t get back at all . I won’t order again their customer service is terrible... 👎
Poor delivery time, awful customer service.
It took them over 4 weeks to deliver my order, they didn’t even bother to notify me that the order will be late. Poor customer service, poor delivery time the product in the end was delivered and was ok but I would not recommend buying their products online. This is the second time I bought something from here and this time the delivery time was a bit better but not great. And the first time when it was late they didn’t send me an email that I could post the review so I guess that’s why they don’t have a lot of bad reviews on their website. They moderate every review I tried to post on their website as well.

I have loved T2 from the moment I received a sampler pack from my best friend in Australia. When the company started supplying in America, I was ecstatic. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that nearly all of their teas have natural and artificial flavors. I am so dishearted! It is my belief that when someone chooses tea, they are making a healthier option for themselves. I trusted blindly, which I shouldn't have done, and never looked at the ingredients. I was just curious about a particular tea when I discovered it and in looking at all the other boxes, I saw it there too. Why fill tea with chemicals!? I will never be able to order again.
Happy with my order but customer service sucks
I’ve recently purchased a tea set and box of French Earl Grey tea.
The order took all 8 days to be despatched with no email. It just went from “in progress” to “complete“ in my account.
I emailed them what “complete” means as I haven’t got any confirmation email or tracking number from them.
No reply to any of my messages no despatch notification at all.
On day 12 I got text from DHL that my order is coming.
All arrived safely and I love my new tea set so much! The tea is gross but that’s on my taste buds not the T2tea.
Solely based on my experience I would buy from T2 again, however seeing how other costumers have been treated, I won’t.

Terrible customer service!
Placed an order and 2 of the 5 items arrived ships. They were sale items so I knew quantities were limited and I was hoping to act fast to get them replaced, whether they involved them sending replacements or me simply purchasing again. It’s been over a week of multiple calls, emails, and Facebook messages and my issue still hasn’t been acknowledged - and to make matters worse, the items I got are sold out now.
To sum up: Their tea ware is super cute but I am so fed up with their customer service that I refuse to shop here again. Buy from them at your own risk.
Glad I Found Them!
Discovered T2 while looking for a tea advent calendar back in November 2020, and chose T2 for their array of flavours... First order was place, packaged and shipped within plenty of time for the item to arrive before December, and the tea was amazing! I loved them, the calendar was a great option to try new flavours! Placed a second order in the sale, there were delays in processing, but the website did state orders were taking up to 8 biz days for packing and processing, which I allowed, and the order was shipped within 8 biz days of ordering, then arrived promptly with the courier!
Absolute joke
Absolute joke! Order placed 25.12.20 and money taken ... then nothing .. emails chasing over and over .. messages left .. finally sent a final email asking for a refund 2.1.21 as silence and the next day (on next day delivery one turned up! No dispatch note..! The second order placed also 25.12.21 still missing and 8.12.21 I escalated to PayPal Requesting a refund which they communicated .. again immediately the Next day dhl Next day delivered However 1/3 of the order missing and one item only partially included .. despite the dispatch note stating it was complete .. again cannot contact and they don’t respond via phone, email or web query so had to go via PayPal .. absolute joke... zero customer care .. I’ve shopped with them for years but that will be the last order I place .. other decent teas on the market with retailer who provide an element of customer care!

well packaged and arrived fairly promptly especially considering covid.
The company notified me that it would take longer than normal to process my order due to covid.
They communicated well and dispatched the order in the timeframe they projected.
With covid there has been a surge in online shopping. Especially on approach to Christmas. Observing social distancing rules means they can't take on extra staff to cope with this. Hence longer times. It is fair enough that a company finds themselves in a situation like T2 have. They have responded admirably and continue to deliver quality products.

Order never arrived!!
I ordered my item on the 13th of December expecting the arrival to be tight ahead of Christmas. However, after zero contact from T2 and chasing them on Boxing Day, I finally heard on the 30th of December that they have now sold out of the item without processing my order, and had to cancel it.
There was information on the website that dispatch could take 8 days, which is crazy in of itself, but this is beyond 'inconvenience'. As the same item was then in the sales on Boxing Day, I do not accept the excuse this was simply out of stock. Their basic process for handling online orders has failed.
They have begun the process of sending me a refund, but this does not satisfactorily replace either the item ordered, the lack of a gift for a close family member on Christmas Day (and now thereafter), or the inconvenience of dealing with this situation. I would expect them to at least make an effort to resolve the situation by sourcing the item in-store, many of which are clearly available via 'click and collect' (if I could do so I would, except for the significant distances and tier four Covid-19 restrictions).
I have always had excellent service in store but I doubt I will ever order online again.
