I have sent 2 emails to you, no answer, I have tried calling, it states send us an email.
I received what was sold as a new item, but the item received had been already opened, sealed with tape, and not in a new condition.
Very sad that almost a week has passed since sending a mail that no one has responded.
I have since ordered a genuine new cartridge for our printer from another supplier and waiting for you to at least answer my mail, collect the item and issue a refund

The item showed as being in stock and was, very quick delivery and free shipping. Excellent.

Lauren was an asset to TAB. I was already in the depths of an amazon sale of this for £20 odd pounds and was moved to find out just how to cancel an Amazon sale after discovering TAB sold it at £10 (try it sometime, if you think it must be easy to cancel a sale on Amazon) It's well hidden in Customer Services, for obvious reasons. Absolutely delighted with my purchase! I bought a refurbished Cherry keyboard and, honestly, it arrived in what I can only describe as brand new condition, not a scratch, mark, or sign of previous use anywhere. The packaging was neat and everything was in perfect working order straight out of the box.
For the price I paid compared to buying new, the value is outstanding. If this is what 'refurbished' looks like, I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Tab-Retail UK to anyone looking for quality tech at a fair price. Don't hesitate.

I ask you to please help, No quality control, not referbished, sold me a absolutely disgusting product that has grime and heavy damages not excellent or professionally referbished like advertised. Just sent your team a message about the state of a device that I purchased, I've marked it for your complaints manager it's absolutely disgusting and not excellent as advertised under referbished item, wasted my time and also my enjoyment of the
"referbished" product very disappointing.

Despite being a good customer of Tab Retail who bought from them and recommended them, they blocked me on eBay UK without any explanation. I have sent numerous emails to their address, including GDPR enquiries, without any response. Very poor on your part TAB. I never caused any issues as a customer and I have a right to know what happened.

TAB cancelled my order and gave no exp[lanation just said not available did nothing other than say its cancelled, wouldnot trust to deal withagain!

Delivery was really quick and Lauren was super helpful with a Royal Mail issue. The product itself was perfect and fantastically priced. I will definitely be checking here first next time I need anything.
