In Love (Received the dress 3/20/26)
Just received the dress! First off....I didn't expect it to arrive so fast. It was literally in Paris 2 days ago! When my daughter open the box and saw the dress, we both were amazed!!! You guys did an AMAZING job! I must admit I was a little apprehensive about ordering from Tabja, because they are in Kosovo and I stay in Detroit, Michigan. Florentino assured me everything will be great! The communication through Whatsapp was great, even being on 2 different sides of the world. We are very satisfied and this experience was top tier! Florentine was awesome and kept me updated. Thank you💙

I’m extremely satisfied with my dress! The dress is exactly like in the picture, even better in person. The material is excellent quality, it feels really nice and well made.
It also arrived on time, exactly when they said it would. The size fits perfectly, just as expected.I ordered from Croatia, and it really wasn’t a problem at all. At first I thought it might be complicated, but it wasn’t. The shipping was free, and I only had to pay 30€ for customs, which was totally fine. Everything went smoothly and arrived without any issues. I would definitely recommend this site for you.

Disappointed with the quality and customer service
I purchased a dress from this store for an important event, and unfortunately, it arrived with stitching already coming undone before I even wore it. I contacted the store immediately, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a proper solution.
Even though this was clearly a quality issue, they expected me to pay over 200€ for repairs or shipping. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of support from their customer service team.
I hope they improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

According to the DHL delivery confirmation (Waybill 2268703312), your order was successfully delivered in Berlin on February 4, 2026 at 10:06.
At the time of delivery and immediately after receiving the dress, you shared the following message with us:
“I’m honestly very happy with your service. The delivery was super fast and everyone was incredibly kind and professional. The dress is even more beautiful than I expected, you really pay attention to details and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely shop with you again and highly recommend you.”
We truly appreciated this message and were very glad to know the dress and the service met your expectations at the time of delivery.
Almost one month later, you contacted us stating that the dress appeared to have stitching coming undone. As part of our quality process, every dress undergoes detailed inspection and documentation before shipping. For each order, we record videos during the measurement confirmation and final quality control process. We have the video documentation of your dress before shipment, and it clearly shows that the dress was in perfect condition when it left our atelier. This also aligns with your message after delivery, where you confirmed that the dress was beautiful and that you were very happy with it.
Even with this situation, we still offered you a professional solution. We explained that you could return the dress to us so our atelier could inspect and repair it free of charge. Because the shipment would need to be sent internationally back to our atelier, we informed you that the return shipping cost (approximately 200€) would need to be covered by the sender. This is the standard cost for international DHL return shipments. We also offered to arrange the return label ourselves to make the process easier for you.
Unfortunately, this solution was not accepted, and instead we received a message stating that a negative review would be posted.
Throughout the process, our team remained in contact, provided updates, and handled every step with care and responsibility. We take great pride in our work, our communication, and our commitment to our clients. Each order is managed with professionalism and close attention to detail, especially when it involves an important occasion. We truly care about our clients, and our goal is always to ensure you feel beautiful and confident in your dress. We hope that, despite this situation, you can recognize the effort and dedication our team put into your order. I ordered a dress on the website, they offered to make some adjustments to make sure it fits me but when it came, it was still too small for me. I reached out to them to explain the situation and to my surprise they offered to make me a new one with my measurements omg I screamedddd... to make long story short, I asked if instead of making that same style, if I can give them the style that I want since they were going to do it up from scratch. Andddd they said yesss, omg I couldn't believe it. The dress came on time a day before my birthday and it fits me just perfectly. I got a lot of compliments and I love love my dress. My experience has been beyond amazing! I ordered my daughter prom dress and it looks stunning! I ordered early thinking the processing time would take a while. Her dress was sent to me 3 weeks later. The quality of the dress is top tier. I asked them to match her skin tone and they did. I have no complaints about the dress or the service. The communication from beginning to even after the delivery was awesome. My daughter loved the dress and it fits her perfectly. No alterations needed.

Most amazing service ever! I’ve come across many tailors and gown pages on instagram, Tik Tok, websites and none of them met my needs and were never accommodating. I was extremely desperate for a last minute high end dress due to another company catfishing me and taking $1,000 away from me. But when I came across Tabja, I was blown away by their service. Firstly their communication was unbelievably incredible and efficient. They accepted all of my requests when purchasing one of their dresses, they updated me on everything, the dress itself was beautifully made, high quality, hand sewn and crafted with passion. I will never forget how much they’ve saved me for my sisters wedding, shipping was incredibly fast. Before I came across them I had no hope, and I was running out of time, but once I got in contact with them, they made my whole year, I actually got emotional.
