Great staff knowledge, wanted to buy a marker rod, seen one i fancied, but staff very helpful and advised me of the other options available. The staff are very knowledgeable, and you do not feel pressured or obliged to go by their recommendations.

Had no problems with there service until my last order.I ordered three alarms when they came one of them were the wrong model.so I let them know so I had to send one back I had to pay the postage myself which was over ten pound for recorded delivery never was refunded and took over a week to sort it out
