Fantastic after sales and customer service
I had an issue with a data upgrade in my XP50 Trail thermal. I spoke to Tom who talked me through a couple of solutions, these didn’t work. Tom then arranged for DPD to pick up my thermal at the house, sort the issue and return it again. All within a week. Would have been sooner had U not asked for delivery to be delayed. Tom went above and beyond with his customer service and he and the company are to be applauded for it. I would most definitely recommend NightSpark. Not only is their customer service and after sales service FIVE STAR , they are also excellent at price matching and supporting their customers. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use NightSpark and will certainly be using them again myself. Keep up the good work. Mike

A***** Klarus RS80 GT Rechargeable 3 LED Searchlight with 10,000 Lumens. Purchased this on the 03.02.20. Received 04.02.20. Packaging excellent. Delivery time excellent. Beautiful flashlight, decent company and decent people to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TacLight UK & of course excellent torch. Very Bright, simple to use, sturdy, comes with a protective plastic case, USB charger & Mains charger included. Charger & Torch have a LED showing Red or Green. When fully charged both LEDs are green, low charge is obviously red, flashlight has a side LED for reading etc. Very nice feature. This was recommended by TOM - such a nice person, Fantastic company to deal with. Wire was missing, sent a new wire though DPD couriers following day, with some extra freebie torches.

Easy to use website. The Trident webpage was great but the descriptions for some of the accessories such as the Remote switch and the adjustable mount that I wanted were rather weak and meant that I had to phone for further clarification
