Tactical Arbitrage has been refreshed in 2025. I love their new Tactical Arbitrage Light Tool. It's just easier to look at for hours of sourcing. And the team is always open to new feedback. If you are planning to do OA or Wholesale on Amazon this is a must have. If you are also looking to sell on Walmart, they now support arbitrage opportunities for Walmart too!

ESTAFA!!!!!
Me inscribí para la prueba gratis de 14 días, 3 días antes de que terminará cancelé la suscripción porque no obtuve los resultados esperados, no le veo utilidad a este programa en España, y entonces sorpresa, me realizaron el cobro de 63 euros, cuando entré al usuario de nuevo resulta que tengo activa la suscripción aún, es decir no realizaron la cancelación para poder realizar el cargo, estafa!!!!

Refund Issue
This company charged my business $89 after the trial period ended. I was unable to cancel my account because the menu is overly complicated, and it appears that the cancellation option is intentionally obscured. I contacted support for help with the cancellation and refund process, but they did not assist me. Additionally, I couldn’t find any useful products with this tool. Despite not using the service, they refused to issue a refund. I am frustrated because they will continue to charge me automatically each month, and I am unable to remove my payment card information. This situation feels very much like a scam.

As a subscription-based service, charges recur until the subscription is cancelled. Your subscription started at the end of May and cancelled in early June, there were no further charges incurred after the cancellation.

Cuidado con los cargos no reconocidos
Estuve usando su sistema por 2 meses, no obtuve los resultados que esperaba, así que cancele la suscripción al rededor de 3 semanas antes de la fecha de pago, pero se volvió a hacer el cobro de mi TC por lo que al ponerme en contacto con ellos su excusa fue que yo misma active la suscripción cosa completamente falsa, además bloquearon mi cuenta por que supuestamente hice un queja en mi banco por cargo no reconocido, asi que me cobraron un servicio que ni siquiera puedo usar y lo que se hasta ahora es que ellos no dan reembolso.

Total dissatisfaction on attempts to cancel autopay subscription, i.e., approx. 2-3 weeks ago online buttons not working, live chat not working, and just now weeks later online response - “experiencing difficulty…”. Will go to bank and block payment to Tactical Arbitrage, Three Colts Co. They’re great at pretending to communicate but nothing works.

Charging my company card without authorisation
This company has been charging my business for 7 months at $89 and ww have necer used there services, not even once.
I specifically recall cancelling this service aftee the trial period and they are still charging my business $89 each month.
I am placing a comlaint to retrieve the past 7 months of payments and find this disgusting that they have continued to charge my business for a service i have never once used.

Not worth it.
I used the free 10 day trial, was not able to find good deals at all. So canceled my subscription because will not make enough profit. Have not been charged but is not a software I will recommend.

Scammers! non existent customer service
Tactical Arbitrage has always been notorius for having a non existent customer sevice, the software itself is very good, but people that are supposed to help you never know the answer to any questions or provide wrong answers. I don't think i EVER received a coherent responce to any of my questions. This last time the solution was super easy (to go from the "discover" tab to "all" tab in search using TE) but the person didn't even try to find the correct answer, I had to figure it out myslef. Tech support doesn't know their own software.

They don't make refunds
They don't make refunds. I understand that it is their Terms, but it is not suited to the customer-oriented company to charge without any notification and not refund money for a service they do not provide. Shame on you greedy guys. I tested the service for a trial period, then paid a full monthly subscription for $130, and after 3 weeks of playing with it, I understand that it is not for me.

I have an Amazon training program and TA is the one tool I tell my students that they can't go without. I am able to find 30-50 actionable leads everyday, no need to buy lists, no need for VAs, i get up check my scans, make my buys and go on with my day. if you have a sourcing bottleneck for your online arbitrage business, TA is the solution.

Yes, sometimes I had problems..... but their customer service is GREAT! They always fixed my problems.
Software works well too. Missing a phone number to reach them, but chat works very well. They answer very fast.
