Damian and his team saved my bacon, and I cannot thank him enough times for the incredible job he did. I was genuinely stressed after having been let down seriously by a different company. I called Damian at 10am, and he had 3 of his team, with a van and all the packing gear, at my flat by noon.

They then set about like a co-ordinated whirlwind and completed everything from a standing start by noon the next day. I'm still frazzled at the memory of how close I was to a meltdown, but that memory ends with a warm glow of utter relief at having been rescued by Damian.

His team are proper professionals - efficient, thorough, energetic, polite and utterly first class. Moreover, Damian is a no-nonsense, hands-on guy who knows his job, properly knows his job. His communication is clear, and boy does he keep to a promise and a schedule. Totally best in class.

I will happily recommend Tactical Moves again and again.

The tactical moves crew is just outstanding. Highly professional, completely committed, and each and every one of the team has a positive can-do approach to their work. However difficult it is to move or fit or carry, they find a way. I’ve used them 5 times in the past 18 months and it has been faultless every time.

Damien and his amazing team made our move from London to Devon as stress-free as it could have been. From start to finish the service was professional, courteous and efficient. We chose the full pack service and the team worked tirelessly for 3 days to get our 3-bed house plus garden workshop and shed packed and moved.

Illy and his A-team crew were fantastic! We could not have asked for a smoother experience or a more professional group of guys. Everything was packed carefully so that nothing had a scratch. The crew was so experienced to fit our large furniture into a smaller home. Thank you to Damian for his careful planning and organizing, plus the entire crew for a seamless transition and pleasant moving experience. We also greatly appreciated the prompt removal of all the extra boxes.

I had such a smooth and positive experience with the whole team at Tactical Moves. From the initial survey and competitive quote, through the packing all my belongings up so carefully to unpacking everything into my new home, it really helped make my move as stress free as possible… Thanks to all concerned.

Tactical Moves made our move very straightforward as the team were so great. Damien came to do the initial quote and was always at the end of the phone if I had any queries. Thank you Andy, Vasco, Richard and Hussein for working so hard and being endlessly good humoured, polite and efficient.

We were quite worried about the prospect of moving but we were put at ease instantly by the Tactical Move team. They had come recommended by a friend who had used them and their quote was also more reasonable (by quite a margin) than the other company I had received a quote from. Damian did a thorough assessment and explained everything clearly and communication was very easy with him when I had any questions. On the day, Joe, Vasco and the others were absolutely incredible - they took the most immense amount of care with all our possessions and were also incredibly quick and efficient, working non stop to stick to schedule. Not a scratch, mark or breakage in sight. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

We had a wonderful team of Andy, Joe, Illy and Alby, as well as additional help on the second day. This was a big move involving loads of books and some delicate objects - it was all handled with calm and care, highly professional and altogether without doubt the best move experience we have had. The company is entirely reliable and very responsive. We would use them again any day, and cannot recommend them too highly.

Very efficient team who overcame a number of problems with access both from my old property and into my new one. Always helpful and friendly. Very highly recommended.

We’ve moved home quite a few times and this was the smoothest experience so far. The team were unfazed by everything that needed to be shifted, including the contents and plants on a roof terrace that had to get down lots and lots of stairs.

There were enough guys on site for the job, they were really efficient and they did a great job. They were also very polite and friendly. I could not recommend them more highly.

Just to say how pleasant Andy and Vasko were on Thursday and Friday, taking away a lot of the stress I was feeling. As the keys to my new flat weren’t available till late afternoon, they spent a lot of time waiting. Over the last few days several of my neighbours have approached me to say how pleasant and nice they both were.
I really appreciate the way you and staff have approached me and will happily recommend tactical moves.

Tactical Moves are by far the best removals company we have used. Damian and his team were incredibly thorough, organized, efficient, and excellent to deal with. The move had a couple of tricky aspects to do with access and the layout of the properties, which were dealt with brilliantly. Recommend.
