So far so good.

They sent the wrong size, then refused to supply the size I ordered then blocked my emails.

The shipping was fine. The quality of the clothes are almost unwearable. I wear a 36 waist. I ordered a 40 waist, the pants that came said 3xl and they are too tight. The boots I ordered ran small. The shirts I ordered were never delivered (boots, pants and shirts were supposed to be packaged together) . I cant wear any of that stuff. The return policy is a joke. You have to pay for the return and they charge a 50% restocking fee. This company is definitely a scam and I just threw $200 down the drain.

I would give zero stars. But nevertheless, I made an order for a tactical chest rig and thought only 2 reviews and newer style would be because it was a "newer" 2026 product. So I made my order, using cash app and started my patient wait for new gear day! After 4 days passed, I still only had a automated confirmation email from purchase and no "delivery date" on my Google email account. I tried calling the number on the email and its disconnected. I wrote 4 emails that were never answered. I was just about to file a claim dispute with cash app. But at 9pm cdt (about 9-10 am cst) I finally got a notification on shipify (never used it before) that Tactical World Store had issued a refund. I have read many horrible nightmare experiences on this drop shipping company with temu clones and a barrage of YouTube ads after looking at site...
Some never even received goods, some got wrong stuff. I was just very unhappy with the non response after immediate funds being collected. I ended buying an actual CONDOR brand tactical chest rig off EBAY and already have a delivery date within minutes of email. Be safe out there guys snd even though we shouldn't have to, always read reviews like trust pilot before pulling the trigger on a purchase, no matter how much. Thanks to this site, I was able to gather info and get ahead of the issue.

Very poor , size no where near correct for UK market,
was given a return address after a while but the issue is the address is not registered with Royal Mail, asked them to confirm the address but no joy, It is a company that ships direct from China with very poor products and limited to non existant customer service. raised a transafction dispute with my bank , Stay Clear of this company

Will continue shopping here for the quality is beyond expected for the prices they are.

Since purchase date I have not received any information on my ordered being processed to ship. I've emailed with no response. It's only been6 days but how long does it take to process a paid for order and get shipping started.

It took 15 days for the two pairs of trousers to be delivered.
On arrival both pairs of trousers were NOT grey as ordered but green. I immediatley emailed TWS support as per the link on their shipment email informing them of the issue.
It then took a further 8 days to get a reply, to by then over half a dozen direct emails and also messages via the TWS website.
On sending a requested picture TWS custormer support verfiied (in email) that the trousers were indeed green.
2 days of back and forth emails ensued trying to resolve their mistake to any degree of customer satisfaction - their repsonse was a 20% discount and I could keep or sell-on the trousers (I have no use for green trousers and would never make even the discounted the money back).
TWS then requested a second photo to ascertain the type of trousers (on the order?) and then stated (by email) that they "verified" that the trousers were (now) grey.
I have experienced poor customer service before but not at this level, atleast other businesses take responsbility for their mistakes / issues which were rectified satisfactorily.
Now I have to waste more time and money to package and post the trousers back to TWS, and then wait to see if I do indeed recive a 100% refund and reimbursement of return postage as agreed (by email).

Poor quality, wrong size and labels suggest poor quality bulk products. No replies from customer service and the email addresses don't work.

advertised as a usa company but ships from china and is low quality garbage. company will ghost you.

I ordered the wrong size my fault. The suit was returned through royal mail. The new order was sent out but got lost with the delivery company. Tactical World Store said they would resend the suit. But have not done so and are now ignoring my emails. I am instructing my bank to do a charge back. So do not buy from this company they are a total scam.

Avoid at all costs. This store is a front. The telephone number does not work. They took my money and and havent received my order.

All the products l bought for my son who is in the military are of good quality.The guy loved them all

Complete and utter rubbish. Sizing and shipping were fine but the quality is abysmal. Cheap Chinese crap that probably won't last a week! Ordered extra padded knee pants and there's hardly any material at all, let alone extra padding. Not gonna bother with returning will just learn my lesson and wear these out till they die (probably next week!)
