Outstanding customer service. A mistake was made regarding sending me the correct tactical bag color and the company went above and beyond by sending me another bag without asking for a return. Definitely recommend.

Shipping is horrible. My product was supposed to be delivered 3/30/25 and it is 4/18/25 today and I guess it has been all around the USA but can’t get delivered to my house. They need to find someone more reliable than USPS to do there deliveries. Just because of this I won’t be ordering anything else from them. I needed my vest 3 weeks ago!!

I have been asked to leave an honest review of my experience shopping through Tacticon Armament after purchasing some armor for Christmas. Keep in mind I placed my order in December (so I can only imagine how hectic things were leading up to Christmas) with what should have been enough lead time to receive my purchase by Christmas or a little after. The company was running a pre-sale on top of a 50% off (maybe even 60% on select items) which I'll admit to believing is incredible, along with the warranty their plates come with, however it may have complicated my plans for Christmas gifts to my brothers. After following up in mid January, I was informed that Tacticon was having issues with 1 Item being unavailable due to weather/shipping delays, and they refused to send me what they did have. That left me pretty irritated tbh, then almost 2 months later they offer to upgrade my v2 vest for a "lite" vest which I didn't think of as much of an upgrade at the time. Long story made short, Tacticon agreed to upgrade my 2nd vest to an elite vest and eventually I recieved my shipment. I will give Credit to the customer support team for being responsive to my emails, and attempting to make a bum situation a little better with the free upgrade. I haven't been shot with their plate carrier on yet, but the videos of the plates performance by several testers have me feeling pretty confident that they'll perform as advertised.

THESE PEOPLE DID NOT SEND THE PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR, KEPT MY MONEY!! AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY OR SEND THE PRODUCT!!!! I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CRAZY. MY BANK IS GOING AFTER THEM.

Plates were considerably heavier than advertised.

Not packaged right, the two |AR500 plates broke out of the box, and were lost in transit, now I have to wait to get reimbursed from USPS. Not Happy. Would not recommend.

Ordering was easy and when you noticed I had two separate order, (my mistake) you combined them. You could however get better integration with the shipping companies as the updated info didn’t really update until it was literally in town.
