Tailorbakes Reviews

Never received a single update to know if my order had been processed, shipped or delivered. It took multiple attempts at contact over the past week to request an update on the order for a response a full week and a half later. Poor customer service.
My friend enjoyed her birthday box but I wouldn't go through this again.

Delicious soft but crispy brownies. They tasted so fresh and were delivered promptly in time for my son’s birthday.
The size was perfect for the whole of our family 👍😋
Will have to do this on every occasion now because cake’s can’t beat this taste 😋

5*+ I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Absolutely amazing value for money!

I’ve been ordering from Tailor Bakes for years and I’ve yet to be disappointed! I’ve ordered Adhoc and for a birthday occasion, it came with a nice topper and personal written message just as I requested perfect, along with beautiful packaging! I received great prompt service, 100% recommend if you are looking for that added extra special service.

Amazing experience!!
Prompt delivery, customer service is excellent and don’t get me started on the taste. 10/10
Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to satisfy that sweet craving.

Ordered 9 boxes of brownies for gifts to clients. They arrived a day earlier that i expected and delivred with DPD. Did not expect what i received though. Had to have a sneak peek before giving any away and i was in awe. If only i got a box for myself. They looked and smelt incredible.

Never ordered from this company before but i highly reccomend. Had great service with the live chat function, delivered on time, look incredible and from the feedback from my clients they tasted amazing!!!!!

Amazing and Delicious is all I can say about Tailorbakes.

If you love chocolate I would I highly recommend the chocolate brownie selection as their delivery is on time and the products are fresh and very tasty.

They’ve always given me great customer service every time I order and I will always continue to order from them. Thank you!!

Absolutely Loved it! Bakes are wonderful and the customer service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great bakery! Excellent selection of baked goods. If you love sweet treats you need to visit!

Wow! Such a cute place with amazing bakes. Definitely worth the stop.

Great customer service, lovely food tasted better then Jamie Olivers. Worth the price.

Had a box of the cakes, large variety of cookies, brownies and a cake jar, absolutely stunning cakes.

Lovely cakes, i tried the cakes for the first time when they first opened and the cake was delicious, soft and airy, the buttercream wasn't overly sweet. A really good cake. Brownies are really delicious and so much variety. Would definitely recommend. I love cakes and Tailorbakes are the best in Blackburn.

If you are looking for a gift that taste amazing then this company are awesome. The order arrived the day before i wanted, i recievd trakcing details and the brownies tasted amazing. before i placed the order i used their live chat function and got responses by a human not a robot. i would highly reccomend this company if you are looking for brownies.

Freshly baked brownies and cookies which have been delivered to myself and friends on time! Amazing service and will definitely be recommending to others. Thank you

They let my child down on his birthday. No order was ever received. I will never order from them again.

Delivery company DPD did not deliver. No attempt was made to the delivery address. Driver did not approach the property, nor try to contact me by phone. The email I had received had also indicated the delivery would be left in the doorway and a photo taken if we were not in the property (which we were, actively tracking and awaiting the delivery). I appreciate this is the fault of DPD, however I then contacted Tailor Bakes who have spoken to DPD. And put this down to my fault as I had not selected a safe place to leave the delivery (which was specified on the email as "not required"). I had asked Tailor Bakes to try to support in some way however they have said there is nothing they can do as this has been put down as the customer fault. What a waste of £40 as I have been advised there is nothing they can do to assist. Would highly recommend not using.

Unfortunately, the main ratings loss here is in the delivery and the cost.
While the website offered a free delivery on £35, I was only able to spend £34.99 for the two items I wanted. I could not find another item that I wanted for a small amount, so was forced to pay full shipping even though I was 1p off. I wrote this on the order form, and it was promptly ignored.
Not entirely wrong of them, but for 1p... It kind of annoyed me.
Now for the reason I bought this cookie. My friend lost her dog on the weekend, so on Monday night I scrambled to find something I could send that would do a tiny bit to cheer her up and I found these cookies. I purchased a big cookie, and some candy and send it.
It arrived 2 days later, which really annoyed me.
The cookie finally arrived and my friend thanked me and said it was good. Not amazing, but good. So my overall review is a generous 3/5.

Brownies tasted amazing, so gooey! Quick and good customer service 👌

I ordered some brownies and some sandwich cookies which were both really good! So delicious. I will definitely buy these again. Had a good customer service too
