Amazing company. Very helpful from the point of start to the finished product. The canvas is well constructed and easy to fit and use. The designer was helpful and ensure that we managed to get all the product that we want for our building.

Really glad I came across this company. I looked at generic options for my gazebo sides until I discovered Tailored Textiles. The whole process of discussing the product, ordering and the quick manufacture and delivery was exceptional. They are now fitted and look the part. The material is heavy duty and should last years.

I dealt with Melanie Sawyer throughout, who sent me a quote very promptly and then guided me through the accurate measuring for four half-clear panels for a gazebo, and the positioning of the fastenings to avoid metal brackets on the gazebo. The panels arrived within two weeks of ordering and fit perfectly.

I constructed a pergola a couple of years ago but it can get chilly on an evening. I was looking for a product that I could close off the open sides when needed but wasn’t a permanent fixture, so whilst surfing through Pinterest I came upon the perfect product. Clear canvas panels that could be closed but wouldn’t obstruct the view of the garden. I contacted tailored textiles and got in contact with Melanie and was guided through my options. I sent off the measurements and received a CAD drawing and promptly ordered them. They arrived very quickly and in the space of a couple of hours were all fitted and they look amazing. The whole experience was seamless and wouldn’t hesitate to used this company again for my next project.

We ordered some panels for our outdoor bar, there were some discrepancies in our measurements which was picked up by this amazing team. Once we felt sure we had the right measurements we placed our order. We were kept informed of delivery times. We were delighted with our clear panels, they came with all the necessary fixtures. I would definitely recommend this company

Having ordered a screen three years ago, that has been perfect for the job and still in good order, we ordered another for a separate area. New screen turned up very quickly and matched exactly what we need. Melaine and the team are excellent.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Tailored Textiles (thanks Melanie). We sent details of our requirements and got a CAD drawing back confirming our request. Product arrived and fits perfectly for our outside bar :-). Fully recommend.

Addendum: We had a slight issue with one of the panels and without even asking, Melanie had the panel remade and sent to us without question. Brilliant customer service. Can't thank you enough.

I have constructed a BQ kitchen and had existing canvas sides but no door. I needed a bespoke canvas door panel. I sent the requirements to Tailored Textiles and following receipt of drawing made final adjustments and submitted order. The Door was fantastic and matched my other panels to perfection. In fact it looks like the original panel set. I received excellent customer service and prompt delivery...Thankyou and well done Tailored Textiles and Melanie Sawyer for her great service

First the product, the canvas panels were very well made and fitted as per the drawings supplied. Depending on the type of fitting used, some additional fabric may need to be added, so be careful.
Second the service, one of my panels were made incorrectly and it was replaced immediately by the company. You know how good a company is when something goes wrong, and they were brilliant. Very easy to contact via phone or email.
The panels are pricey, not from China, but the quality shows.

Melanie was fantastic, couldn't recommend her or the product highly enough.

Start to finish was flawless, they fitted perfectly and took me about an hour to completely install 5nr panels and a month in we are super happy with everything.

We had a couple of panels made a few months back by Tailored Textiles. We have had them up from the day they arrived, they have been tested with strong winds (we are quite high up) frost & sleet and have worked really well. They are really good quality. Tailored Textiles were very easy to deal with and I was kept informed on delivery etc. Would highly recommend.
