takuyawatches.com Reviews

Thanh is the absolute greatest.
Helped me get my dream watch and made the process effortless and exceptionally fast, in spite of the hurricane currently raging in Houston. Highly highly recommend.

Just acquired a discontinued Rolex Daytona from Takuya watch and could not be happier. The watch, the transaction, the delivery were excellent. highly recommended.

Second time working with Thanh. Fair trade, super speedy shipping and communication. Most excellent watch as advertised. Looking forward to the next time!

I purchased a beautiful Omega Speedmaster ‘57 in red gold from Thanh, very responsive communicator and easy transaction. Watch shipped same day funds were wired, contents were thoroughly protected within the shipping box. Description of the watch condition was accurate, and the watch looks way better in person compared to the pictures. My first trusted seller transaction, thanks Thanh!

I came into my experience with Thanh and Takuya Watches having read the many positive reviews, and I can confirm, the accolades are all warranted.

I just purchased one of my grail watches from Thanh and the experience could not have gone better. Flawless from start to finish. He responded instantly to my initial query, gave me so much info and guidance, and had the watch out to me immediately upon payment. The watch was even better than described on the site — Thanh over-delivered.

I give Thanh / Takuya Watches my absolute highest recommendation, and am looking forward to doing business with him again! I live in NYC where there are some very good watch dealers, and his service, knowledge and value surpass them. Buy with total confidence.

Flawless packaging. Some of the best I have ever seen. Item arrived exactly as described. Timely communication, and fast shipping.

No reservations at all using this Seller. Looking forward to the next transaction.

Did a trade down (monetarily) Takuya was Great . The deal was seemless , the sending and receiving was easier then I ever could of imagined. So happy , Thank You Takuya .

Thank you Thanh for another flawless transaction.
You are by far and away the best dealer out there.
You will not find a more honest person to deal with.

Thank you....Lou

I've never had experience with a gray dealer. Did my due diligence and a common name that was mentioned was Takuya Watches! The masses weren't wrong. Began texting Thanh on Sunday afternoon, negotiated a little and he agreed to my first offer. Ordered a brand new Sub no date and a DJ two tone.
Went to bank Monday morning, received tracking number prior to finishing wire. The watches were in my hand at 10:30am Tuesday morning. Both arrived exactly as described and packaged so well it took me longer to unwrap the watches then the whole transaction! Takuya watches has earned my business moving forward and anyone who asks me for a referral! Takuya had the best prices compared to the other big grays. If you're hesitating, do it!

I recently sold two watches to Thanh T. and wanted to offer my praise for his professionalism, courteousness, and efficiency as a buyer and seller. Thanh offered a very fair price for my watches and I was highly impressed by his speedy communication throughout the transaction. I would not hesitate to sell or buy again with Mr. Takuya.

Outstanding seller, trustworthy, professional, fast service. Very pleased with my purchase, thank you!

Takuya is great and easy to work with. He makes the deal easy. I have sold him watches and bought from him too. He works with you and gives good advise too. Would highly recommend him.

Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Thanh-Takuya Watches. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend.

Thank you!

Third purchase from TAKUYA perfect!
Buy from this seller with confidence your item will be beautifully boxed and packed will be in perfect condition exactly as advertised. Thank you, TAKUYA!.

I just purchased a white gold Daytona (126519LN) from Takuya Watches. Thanh was very fast to response to my inquiries no matter what time of the day it was.

He accommodated me on the bracelet size (swapped it out to fit my wrist). And also made this big transaction very smooth and quick. The description of the watch was accurate and the price point was very fair and competitive.

Once I wired the $ to Takuya Watches, I received the tracking shortly after and I received the watch the next morning.

I recommend Takuya Watches to anyone who wants a safe and reliable source. I will definitely come back to Takuya Watches once I hit a next milestone to purchase my next time piece.

Will treasure my timepiece for the rest of my life.

The entire experience with Takuya Watches was nothing short of extraordinary. I have never purchased a watch online before, but Thanh made the transaction transparent, easy, and comfortable. The watch was better than described and the packaging for it was done better than I could have possibly hoped.
After buying multiple watches at my local AD and with other jewelers, I will be purchasing the rest of my timepieces from Takuya Watches. His customer service is second to none and I cannot put into words how much I appreciate professionals like Thanh.

I had an amazing recent purchase with Yakura watches. Within 24 hrs of my first communication I was in receipt of my 2019 Rolex Submariner. Constant good communication with pictures and tracking throughout. Trustworthy and recommended.

What a wonderful transaction! The entire process was easy and smooth. Thanh was quick to respond. We had a video call to answer my questions and show me the watch. Shipping was a breeze and my watch was well packed. Would 100% use him again. Thank you!

Thanh is very trustworthy, fair, and communicative. He made the watch buying experience a breeze. Many other retailers make you feel transactional, like you’re lucky to be buying from them. This is a big purchase and Thanh made me feel comfortable with my decision. I’ll be buying my next watch from him and Takuya Watches.

Did another purchase with Takuya watches. Again what a great and worry free transaction. Thanh had the watch shipped and in my hands in less than 24 hours !! Watch was exactly what was advertised. Takuya watches is amazing
