Waste of time. My profile was rejected because there were no available positions. I'm not talking about getting a job; simply the profile confirmation was denied.

"We looked at your profile ​and were impressed with your background. Unfortunately, companies that currently recruit on the platform do not offer jobs that match your experience and skill set level at the moment.

We are constantly working on extending our company base and we'll be sure to reach out to you in the future when we are in a better position to offer you jobs that match."

​The site and procedure is finicky and not straight forward. I don't recommend it. IMHO Linkedin Premium helped me much more as a canidate than this bogus site.

Found a high profile job with good conditions. This platform offers opportunity to get really nice offers, afterwards it's your job to convince the company or yourself.

Just magic. Got 8 requests for interview within two weeks, of which 6 were pertinent, and got a job.
The flow of requests seems to decrease after the first two weeks, but that was enough for me.

Très efficace, beaucoup d'entreprises viennent vous contacter en fonction de votre profil, sans être des énièmes chasseurs de têtes qui ramassent tout ce qui bouge. Je recommande chaudement

Talent.io c’est une plateforme d’accompagnement aux petits soins : que ce soit les opportunités et la visibilité ou encore les conseils de ma talent advocate, tout était parfait. J’ai pu trouver la bonne opportunité rapidement et surtout sans trop de propositions qui ne m’intéressaient pas.

J'ai été très bien accompagnée par ma talent advocate, qui a su être disponible, réactive et qui m'a donné de très bons conseils, me permettant de trouver un nouveau job en deux semaines.
Les entreprises présentes sur la plateforme sont également de qualité et bien plus sérieuses que sur d'autres plateformes que j'ai eu l'occasion de tester.

Je recommande ! Suivi au top, plateforme agréable. Ma talent advocate a été adorable et m'a beaucoup conseillée. J'ai trouvé mon job en deux semaines via talent.io dans une superbe boite. Hyper satisfaite du service comparé à d'autres plateformes similaires avec lesquelles j'avais pourtant l'habitude de travailler avant.

If you are looking for a job in tech I strongly recommend using this platform. I got more than 4 offers during my first week, and I ended up with an offer in less than a month.
The team behind it is available all the time and amazingly helpful.

The process is very streamlined, professional and helpful.

From the start the talent advocate will look at your profile and help you make any adjustments if necessary. Then after the profile is "buttoned up" it will go live to companies.

Scheduling was also very easy with their built in calendar, you mark your availability and the companies can choose a time slot. Very efficient

My personal experience:

After searching for 3 month's on various sites, I received quite a few emails but very few interviews. On talent.io my profile went live on a Monday and I had 3 interviews lined up the following Tuesday with 4 more to finish out the week. By Friday I had a Job offer and accepted a new position. The site is so efficient I was hired within a week!

An excellent site, 5 stars easy.
