I expected more from Mr. Sakthivel Sir. I regularly listen to podcasts because I like hearing successful people speak about how they grew, struggled, and achieved success. Many people always mentioned your name, so I was very excited to attend this session.

The last three days were informative, especially regarding real-time marketing and sales concepts. However, from my personal point of view, the practical learning part was missing. For example, while discussing Canva and CapCut, there was no detailed explanation or hands-on learning. It mainly covered basic things like downloading, installing, trimming, and simple usage.

In my opinion, everyone may have different expectations and learning experiences. Some may find it very useful, and some may not. Still, I appreciate the effort and information shared during the sessions.

I attended zerorupeemarketing ZRM training program with genuine interest and expectations, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

One major concern was the lack of professionalism in handling participant feedback. When a participant raised a genuine concern about not receiving the promised mentor follow-up calls, instead of addressing it respectfully, the issue was discussed in front of others by asking whether the person was “playing the victim or blame card.” This felt uncomfortable and indirectly insulting in a professional learning environment.

Another disappointing experience was during customer support interactions. When concerns and feedback were shared respectfully, the responses felt dismissive rather than supportive. Statements like “You are not our only customer; we have many customers” and “You can post feedback/reviews if you want” gave the impression that genuine customer concerns were not being taken seriously.

I believe professional training platforms should value constructive feedback, communicate respectfully, and handle participant concerns with empathy and professionalism.

I am sharing this review only to describe my genuine experience honestly so that future participants can make informed decisions. I hope the team improves its communication, customer support, and professionalism moving forward.

It was really helpful during ZRM session. I understood about Basics of importance and learning.
