I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of clarity, communication, and consistency in the process of purchasing a property through Bovis Homes.

I initially enquired about a property on December 26th with the intent to view and potentially reserve it. However, as of January 18th, I find myself no further forward, despite making every effort to follow the processes outlined to me.

Throughout this period, I have received conflicting information from multiple parties, resulting in significant delays. For instance, I have been left waiting for weeks at a time with no returned calls or emails from Town and Country. This lack of communication has already cost me one property, and now it seems likely that I will lose another.

After securing an AIP and completing affordability checks (which I passed and have confirmation of), I am now being told I must use Town and Country to proceed. This is despite them informing me five days ago that they cannot help. It appears that without completing an application with Town and Country, I am unable to proceed with Bovis Homes – even to leave a reservation.

The process has been far from transparent, with no clear guidance or accountability. I have now spent hundreds of pounds on fees for an AIP based on the instructions I received, only to find that this is not sufficient.

I feel deeply underappreciated and undervalued as a customer, and I strongly believe that this experience does not reflect the standard of service one should expect from a reputable developer.

I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the process, as well as clear guidance on the next steps to resolve this situation promptly. I trust that you will also take the necessary steps to address the lack of communication and inconsistency I have experienced.

Really please with the sevice given by Town & Country. Both Michael Caldwell (the mortgage consultant) and
