Stephen made the whole mortgage process feel much less stressful. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident throughout. He was always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage, so I always knew what was happening.

What stood out most was how approachable and supportive he was. He took the time to make sure I understood all of my options and helped me find the best one for me. The communication and guidance throughout were excellent, and I really appreciated how smooth and straightforward he made the whole process.
