I bought a second hand Peugeot 208 at the end of June 2025, so I have been driving the car for 3 months before leaving this review. I have been very happy with the level of service pre and post sale. I had a few issues once I got the car, which got resolved without problems. Both Finn and Mark have been very good on their words and I would have no problem recommending Tangelo to anyone looking for a car.

Took days to respond, then sold the car I was already interested in, sending all my px details, only to find that out after I chased them up? Save your time go elsewhere

From the first visit and paying a deposit to hold the car until we were able to test drive through to collection of the car we have had an amazing experience. Customer Service was first class, made all points we raised clear and were then solved regarding the vehicle

After that 5 hour trip to pick up the car, I can honestly say it was totally worth it, we absolutely love our new addition to the family. Very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step.

I had seen a VW Golf GTD for sale at Tangelo Plymouth, I rang the garage and spoke to Steve Bunt who gave me details about the car over the phone and followed it up by sending a personal video of the car.
Based on that I decided to drive the 180miles to the garage to have a closer look at the car over the weekend. Steve and the team very were very friendly and welcoming, and Steve assured me that any work needed would be carried out before delivery. He was true to his word, and kept me updated daily as to the work being carried out and when I could expect delivery.
The car was delivered to me the following weekend and I was extremely pleased with the car. Steve is a credit to the company I and wouldn't hesitate recommending Tangelo for your next car purchase.

I love my new Renault Captur. I have rung about obtaining the MOT certificate,but nobody has got back to me. Problem rectified. My fault

I have been looking for some time for a VW Tiguan R-line, then I found the perfect one at Tangelo Plymouth! Kirsty made sure that the car was onsite for me to view and take for a test drive, and 1 week later I have my new car! She even came in on her day off to make sure she could hand the car over, which I think is amazing dedication to customer service. She was an extremely lovely lady who made sure all of my needs were met. I would absolutely recommend Kirsty at Tangelo to anybody! I’ve never had such an easy and smooth process when buying a car. 10/10 for Kirsty!!

This was the first car we had bought remotely, let alone being new to electric cars. Kirsty went above and beyond to ensure we had all the info we needed, even sending links to appropriate chargers, suggesting charging stations on the way home, making sure we were comfortable with the controls and answering all my questions! After care is equally impressive. I'd definitely recommend Tangelo.

My first experience with Tangelo and I was very impressed. Very smooth process from start to finish. Fin was extremely helpful and professional, from arranging a video of the car at the start, to the final hand over. The car needed a couple of bits doing that had been identified by their internal system and it was all completed very quickly. So far the car is great and I would definitely use Tangelo again.

A non pushy, relaxed test drive with Kirsty, which I later bought. No problem with a small bumper touch up. All paper work covered, a very good competitive price, having looked all over.
The 12 month warranty, very appealing.
Kirsty helped set up the in car system and went the extra mile making me up my private plates.
Would certainly recommend this small but considerate set up in the Plymouth branch.
