I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery and then i get an email the next day to say that its out of stock with their suppliers and it will be several weeks before they can ship it to me.

Hi Thomas, you ordered an item that was showing on our website as available from the suppliers warehouse and also said very clearly next to the add to cart button to allow at least an extra 5 working days for delivery of this item. You chose to order it anyway and selected DPD as your chosen delivery method, which is not an EXTRA, it is our standard delivery partner, which is again clearly stated as on the checkout page as Next Working Day Delivery From Day Of Despatch, not from when you place the order.
As soon as we began processing you order it became clear that the suppliers no longer had the item available and we emailed you on the same day you placed the order, Wednesday 25th February, as well as on Friday 27th February (you have not responded to either email) asking if you would like an immediate full refund, or if you were happy to wait for it to come back into stock. We still have not had a reply to either email sent to you!!!
