If I could give a big fat ZERO I would. They screwed up our order 3 times, costing us thousands of additional $$$ and a customer who is upset. When I spoke with the corporate office manager "they could only offer a UTTERLY DISGUSTING discount of $75." FOKS, THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MAKING THEIR 3 TIMES MISTAKE RIGHT.
