I have to say that my communication with customer service at tap and go has gone without a hitch. Kylie in particular has been very helpful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

Luke Thompson called me and explained that he would like to see if he could save us money on our card transaction charges, after analizing our current invoice he identified several areas where we could save money. The whole process of changing to the cheaper company was so easy and Luke was on-hand at every step of the way to help, he was so patient and helpful. I would recomend this company and espesially luke - Thank you

Everyone at Tap and Go are very attentive, They go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Great customer service so far. I am a new customer and I've been really happy with the service I've received in regards to the set up of the terminal via WhatsApp, which made things easy. Ellie was great and really prompt at replying to my queries and it was good to converse with a person rather that a bot.

I’d happily recommend Tap & Go based on my experience. Tom was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He was always available to answer any questions, no matter how small, and made the whole process feel effortless. Everything was explained clearly, communication was excellent, and nothing ever felt confusing or complicated.
