Good backend and technical implementation, but in my payed dashboard I see every day the "beginners guide" which hides my data and destroys my workflow. Please remove it!

Easy and straightforward
My case was pretty straightforward and I could easily use Tapfiliate for it. I did not need anything complicated, and was happy to find an inexpensive solution that has all the features. The setup was fast, support was able to answer our questions. We were not ready to launch during free 14 day period, and support added 2 more weeks. If you are looking to create a simple affiliate program, Tapfiliate would be the best choice. Looking at the features they offer, they seem to support more complex use-cases too.
For example, I wanted to add an additional process in my conversion funnel wherein I could record my sales in a separate google sheets form. This is made possible with Tapfiliate as they also have an app with Zapier, which is very handy to use and is able to solve many diffent use-cases such as my problem with google sheets integration.

Here is what we do on Tapfiliate end:
* A payment method is required to ensure that both our users and their affiliates don’t experience any sudden interruptions and are able to shift to a paid account seamlessly. This is necessary because most Tapfiliate users start running their affiliate programs within the first few days, and have active programs before the end of the 14-day trial period. So without a payment method, an affiliate program might stop working mid-way.
* We try to be as open as possible about the billing date. We send email notifications about the upcoming date.
* Tapfiliate has a 30-day money back guarantee - so if you were charged accidentally and want your money back, we’ll refund your fee, no questions asked.
You can just contact our Customer Support and ask for a refund.
It looks like these options don’t seem sufficient for you, and you still feel uncomfortable about your experience with Tapfiliate. If you have any feedback or ideas on how we can improve our communication, we would love to know (you can contact customer support about it and we’ll pay attention for sure). Stay away from this company
Never start a demo with them if you are not 100% sure that the software meets your needs, or they will steal your money. It is a shame how a supposedly serious company has this policy of forcing you to enter the card details in order to see the features since they do not explain anything previously.
We had a bad experience once we didn't realize that they would start automatically billing, even if you never used the service. And even telling them the situation, they didn't agree on the refund.
This case shows what type of company it is and the lack of empathy and closeness, all they want is money.

We have a refund policy which we deem fair (14 day free trial + 30 days money back) and which we apply equally to all customers. We try to be as communicative as possible about billing through a notification during signup, several emails during trial and billing notifications after.
