What sold me on this over the alternatives was that alerts come directly to me rather than a call centre. We're a small operation and nobody at a monitoring centre is going to know that Sarah is visiting a sheltered housing block on Tuesday afternoons or that the signal is always patchy on that estate. I do. Direct alerts to the manager who actually knows the team makes
far more sense for a business like ours. Been using it four months, no issues.

I have this set up so I can check in daily and if I don't it alerts a family member. It's really simple to use and I think I'll probably upgrade to the paid version so I can add more contacts.

The pricing assumed you had 50+ staff, the onboarding assumed you had weeks to spare, and the contracts assumed you knew exactly what you needed for the next two years. We have nine people.
