Richard is our go to person when we have an issue with our business laptop and has just built us a gaming PC for our son. He even sorted out a mouse that we had issues with and managed to get an upgrade. He gave us fantastic advice about the cabling for the internet which stopped the "donut of doom!".

Rich, the Founder of TapRoot Consulting, is one of the best developers I've ever work with. He knows his stuff, is great at explaining things in non web developer jargon, is timely and super responsive. He knows how important your project is to you and gives both you and the project the time needed. He's also affordable. Our marketplace website was a mess when he stepped in. He was able to sort out all of the issues and clean everything up. We actually decided to hire him not only to do a new website, but also to maintain it. Rich is someone that will literally work tirelessly until he can find and resolve any issues. He's also great to brainstorm ideas with. He'll make suggestions, but isn't bothered if you decide to do something different. I look forward to continuing to work with Rich and would highly recommend him to anyone!
