Great Quality stitching and grommets
Quality of stitching and grommets is great. Tarps pull tightly easily and don’t flap in low winds. 55% allows vision thru but provides just enough light and sight thru (beige color).

Ordered clear vinyl material and the material was folded for shipping which created holes and tears in the material making it unusable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The PVC material is very flexible and should not crack when folded up for shipping. Only when exposed to single-digit temperatures can this material easily crack and tear. This issue has been forwarded to our customer service department for further review.

The order took 5 weeks to receive
The order took 5 weeks to receive. When I received it the smell of the tarps was such I couldn’t use them for outdoor activities. Also the tarps were sewn using 4 pieces of material, and the seams were sewn with the least effort, ensuring they will fray and come part at the seam. Wouldn’t recommend this company.
Thanks for the reply. If you put the effort into your product that you do defending it on trust pilot, there wouldn’t be an issue.

Production Timeline:
We understand that your order took longer than expected, and we apologize for this delay. During peak periods, such as holidays or due to material availability, production times can occasionally be extended.
Construction & Seams:
As our canvas material is supplied in 61-inch-wide rolls, seams are necessary for most tarp sizes. After reviewing the images of your tarps, our production management team confirmed that the seams were properly sewn according to our heavy-duty standards. However, we understand your concern about the finish, and we will certainly pass along your feedback to our quality control team for further evaluation.
Odor:
Regarding the odor, we want to clarify that the water-resistant treatment applied to the canvas during manufacturing can result in a temporary smell. This is normal and typically dissipates after the tarp has been aired outdoors for a short period.

it took almost 3 months for the order to be shipped. No notice when our order was out of stock!!! You guys stayed silent until I could not wait any longer and reached out to ask. Late response from C/S. Never buy again.

Canvas tarp for hay storage
I bought 2 plain canvas tarps to cover the stacked hay in my barn. I wanted something to keep the dust from settling on the hay. I also wanted a breathable fabric so moisture isn’t trapped under the tarp to mold the hay. Looking forward to using it in the summer to see if it will help protect the hay from the summer humidity in the south.
