Greeted on arrival into the store. We were informed where each section of the store was located and if we needed any help, we just needed to ask for help from one of the staff.

I was given full and polite attention.

Fantastic service as always from Taskers of Accrington. Malcolm assisted us in the showroom and provided great advice about the product we were buying. Delivery was supposed to be anything up to seven weeks but only took one week, which was a bonus. Expecting delivery of the cabinet tomorrow. Excellent service!

Salesmen very pleasant and helpful. Efficient but not pushy.

Ability to place order over the phone and speak to a human being rather than an Ai generated voice with menu.
Able to define exactly what I wanted with the added bonus of paying interest free over a number of months.

I ordered the Stressless Stella 2.5 Seater Sofa from Taskers through their website, and the whole process was extremely easy. Since it was a made‑to‑order item, I expected a wait — they contacted me after roughly two months to let me know the sofa had arrived at their warehouse and was ready for delivery.

One of the reasons I chose Taskers was because they offered the best price I could find anywhere for this sofa, noticeably cheaper than other retailers. Great value without compromising on service.

Delivery was carried out with real care. The team who assembled the sofa were polite, respectful, and even offered to take their shoes off before entering — a small gesture, but very much appreciated. Everything was handled smoothly with no fuss at all.

The sofa itself is exactly the quality I expected from Stressless — solid, comfortable, and beautifully made.
Overall, a very positive experience from ordering to delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taskers and would happily shop with them again.

I recently bought a recliner chair from Taskers and have been overwhelmed by the service I received. The sales staff could not have been more helpful, and my chair was delivered quickly and is absolutely perfect for me. I could not recommend Taskers more highly.

We ordered new sofas from Taskers after having dreadful problems with another company ( wont bore you with the details) Taskers said they would loan us a sofa while we wait for new ones...this was delivered today by a very friendly team (totally free of charge) as we are both disabled and elderly this was much appreciated. What a fabulous caring company !!! Ten out of ten

Excellent service from Taskers. We had not purchased anything from this company before but they were the stockist of a Tom Schneider item we wanted to purchase. Highly recommend and would buy from them again. The service between Taskers and Tom Schneider was faultless. Great communication up to the moment of delivery. Item arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Very stressful. Ordered an Alexander and James chair which had a delivery date of 10 to 12 weeks on. After 18 weeks and still no chair I rang up and asked to cancel but I was told the chair would be there within a week or so after 23 weeks I still had no chair so I rang up and told them I bought another and I wanted to cancel and wanted my deposit back. I was told I would need to wait another week to speak to the lady who dealt with the cancellations. I then received a call by a very arrogant ill man who told me that this is their policy not to give back deposits. Do not deal with this company as they ignore you and make you feel like you’ve been conned. Let’s see how they fair with Barclay cards wonderful chargeback system.

Daniel spotted me after about 5 minutes of walking around, found out what I was looking for and showed me the furniture that fit my brief. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was very helpful.

A warm welcome and helpful staff asking about my needs and thoughts on my choices. The store was packed with quality furniture and items. I would recommend Taskers to friends and family without hesitation.
