As an online firm, our costs are much lower than high street accountants who have additional costs such as receptionists and expensive high street offices. Our lower costs combined with an efficient paperless workflow means we can set unbeatably low prices. In fact, our prices are often found to be 75% - 90% less than our competition. You will be allocated your own experienced chartered accountant who will answer your accountancy and tax related questions and ensure all work is completed accurately before filing. Get timely answers to your queries for no extra cost. Our accountants monitor inboxes for urgent emails to which we reply immediately! We aim to reply to all non-urgent queries within 1 - 2 working days. Bookkeeping software such as FreeAgent, Xero and QuickBooks typically costs £300+ per year. Unlike other firms, we do not require you to buy or use any bookkeeping software. We know bookkeeping software is expensive, draining to learn and time consuming to use. At taxez, as part of our business package we offer to produce your accounts from your business bank transactions alone (which can be downloaded easily via online banking, then uploaded securely to our document portal). In fact this is our preferred method as it ensures your accounts are prepared accurately while saving you hours of bookkeeping and reducing your costs. Even if you are VAT registered (obligating you to follow the Making Tax Digital rules) if you prefer not to wrestle with bookkeeping software, we can file your VAT information to HMRC via our simple spreadsheet. Our experienced chartered accountants will claim all available allowances for you and provide advice on how to operate as tax efficiently as possible. Excellent support and professional service
This is my second year working with TaxEz, and I am happy to continue with them.
I am very satisfied with their service, professionalism and follow-up. Ayesha has been especially helpful, patient and persistent in handling a complex PAYE/RTI matter with HMRC. She kept following up, provided clear updates, and helped move the situation forward.
I would also like to thank Asad, Irtaza and the wider TaxEz team for their support and coordination. They are responsive, professional and reliable.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend TaxEz.

I recently used Taxez for my 2025/26 self‑assessment and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The platform is simple to use, communication is clear, and the whole process felt smooth and well‑organised.
What really stood out was the combination of efficiency and reassurance. Everything was explained clearly, the steps were easy to follow, and I always felt confident that my return was being handled professionally.

I engaged Taxez to draft and file my company’s accounts after being let down by my previous accountant and already past the due date. There was no official handover so they only had my (very patchy) information and understanding to rely on. They were great. Really patient, thorough and speedy.
