Il ya un mois que j,ai payer avec western union et a plusieur reprise j,ai envoyer la facture de wester union et RIEN! Aucune nouvelles ...Ce sont des voleurs!

They are scammers.. I placed an order on 24july and made the complete payment on 30 july. They never responded back.. It's a scam..
I send them money via western Union.. Under name : kiew ah chung
They never reply back..assholes..

Thieves, order, payment 300 Dollars, nothing.

Prices are cheap, shipping is fast, and they have a big selection of products.

I sent 1000 dollars in smokes and they actually stole the money and would not send me the smokes or respond to me. Trust me do not buy from these scammers.

Placed an order on 6 January 2025.
Confirmed receipt of payment.
Received notification of shipment 7 February with tracking number along with apology for late shipping.
I live in Newport Oregon. My address was confirmed. The tracking indicated the order was delivered on
27 February. The delivery country was Australia.
I have sent six requests questioning the Australia delivery for support and help since then with no reply or response back.
I do not recommend ordering from this company as I have paid $139.00 for product and now I have not received the product over two months from the original order date and no response from anyone at tax free cigarettes.
Very bad experience and situation.

They told me their payment processor is under maintenance and to send money to an email address.
Total scammers.

Order was confirmed immediately, via an email asking me if I wanted to take advantage of an additional carton at a discounted price. I didn't (thank goodness) because I wanted to make sure the quality of the initial order was good. Needless to say, never received the 2 cartons I ordered, and they have never responded to my email queries about tracking (which they force you to pay extra for, by the way). I hope they all have long, miserable lives.

Total SCAM! they emailed me once to ask for payment, against my better judgment. I paid them and never heard from them again no tracking no responses to my repeated email request.Save yourself the time money and headache..

SCAM - Paid for cigarettes in December, we messaged each other a few times, they kept giving excuses why they hadn't arrived (Order missed, now out of stock, back in stock January. Follow up forgotten, very sorry. Etc.) Then they stopped replying to me. I had to report it to my bank as fraud in March, bank gave a refund.

I ordered, paid and never received anything. They stopped replying my email after the payment went through. Stay away from this website, don’t trust the good reviews you find on Google because these scammers wrote good reviews by themselves.

I’ve been dealing with Paul for a while now. He always goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. There are only a few places online I trust for this sort of thing, for obvious reasons.
