Don't know to much about the company's but for talking on phone I feel they can help me and want take my money.This is my third company and just paid them money and no jhelp.please help me.?

If you are researching assistance with past and/or current tax issues then you have at least done the most important step, that you cannot do it alone. Now, you are trying to find the best company to help you. I spent over 40 years in IT so you can rest assured I did my homework finding Tax Quotes and without question it is the best result from analysis that I have ever done. Not only did they help me with my tax issues, they treated me with respect and care that is somewhat rare anymore. They walked me through the process, costs, timeline and helped to manage my expectations the entire time. Like anyone going through this I had questions and they never hesitated to answer my questions and when the answer wasn't readily available they spent the time to find the answer and bring it back to me in a timely manner. They were my team to get me in compliance and they are the team that I will use from here forward to keep me in compliance. It may not be the least expensive way to get my taxes done but the peace of mind knowing it was done properly and I have a team beside me is exponentially more valuable than just getting my taxes done. If you are doing your research then please give Tax Quotes a strong look because if you do you will be writing a review for the next person starting the long process you are now starting. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars but there isn't. My personal contact Mariah has become the voice that I cannot wait to hear about any dealings I have with the IRS period and I know that if they have her they have others just as awesome as she is, but she is definitely my favorite!!!

TaxQuotes helped me get back in track and up to date on my taxes. They have amazing people working there, very friendly and helpful. Always got quick responses and they explained everything very well to me!! I 100% recommend anyone that needs help getting back on track or even if you’re looking for someone to do your taxes every year! I will definitely continue to use them!

Well worth the money to navigate dealing with the IRS. They were very nice and super respectful.

I was in a bit of a tax mess after not filing for a number of years, and i worked with TaxQuotes to get it figured out. Tyrone did an amazing job with the onboarding process, and Mitch was a fantastic tax preparer. They were understanding, patient, and so easy to work with. What looked like it was going to be a major problem was resolved in less than a year, ending with a zero balance with the IRS, and I actually ended up getting some refunds which meant I finished the process in the black, even with what I paid TaxQuotes for their services. We will be continuing to use them for our regular tax preparation moving forward.

I spoke with Elizabeth Rodriguez and she was so pleasant and kind. You could feel her smile through the phone. It is such a breath of fresh air to interact with good people. Unfortunately, or fortunately, however you look at it, I was not a good fit for their services. The upfront and straightforward approach was the cherry on top.

I have been working with them for a few months scared n anxious 😟 haven't filed in 7-8 years ( life got me ) but I knew the Irs was next . Called Taxquote and I mean they did it all Mariah and the Attorneys helped me sooo much I'm in tears I owed 18k n the program they got me on I walked away paying Nothing!!!! I have never had ANYONE CARE MORE FOR ME THAN THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They were very easy to work which also made my whole experience much less difficult. They also were able to handle everything once they had all of the needed information! Highly recommend the whole team at Tax Quote they were always very professional and kept me updated on every aspect of the process.

The TaxQuotes rep (they made me take his name off the review- hope he doesn’t take anymore vacations on other hard working people’s backs) he was not truthful with us on the over all cost of the program!

PS…we continued with the investigation because we would have been out of the money we already paid if we didn’t! AGAIN THE TOTAL COST WAS NOT DISCLOSED UPFRONT!

$3300 for 2 years back taxes filing. I’d of payed 4K tbh.
The reason people seek the help is to save $$ on back taxes. Outcome:”ZERO” dollars saved. Simply money spent to work out a payment plan. I’m unsure how people keep paying them when the advertisement is about saving money and not going to the IRS alone. My case was not special, and I know better than to lie on a law firm… it’s taxes and nothing that reached court or check garnishment. Just cannot recommend. In addition the follow up is non existent.

Everyone that I spoke to was so nice and helpful. They got my back taxes taken care of. Couldn't have resolved this without them.
