I came across the company by Google search and spoke with Adam Khan who was very knowledgeable and courteous and discussed each stage with me which put my mind at rest . I submitted documents requested and within hours the documents were checked and ready for court . As promised my claim
Was lodged within 48 hours .

These guys are absolute cowboys. They will quote you one thing and then increase prices throughout claiming its a different process. They are unprofessional and submit fraudulent documents to courts. They require constant chasing and don't expect them to meet any deadlines required.

Avoid at all costs! - further update on my case. So the company charged me money to pay for the bailiffs process - it turns out 2 months later that the county bailiffs in Barnet have not been paid, which leads to further delays in my case being resolved and the property being repossessed. This is a clear evidence in support of my review below....

Avoid at all costs! Quick to take money based on knowledge of process. However, when it comes to execution of documents they are complete cowboys. I have asked for evidence of submission of docs to bailiffs. Chased for 3 weeks with zero evidence provided. They sent me a form which they claim they submitted to the court, was signed by them as the landlord and dated 14 August, when they told me they submitted the form 10 days earlier. I have been waiting for the bailiffs to call to arrange for the eviction - so far 7 weeks form order for repossession with no sign of the bailiffs. I doubt they have ever submitted anything and have now taken all of this in my hands. I dont think I will be able to get any refunds because they are not solicitors, therefore they are not regulated. My honest opinion - avoid at any cost becasue they will fail you at execution of documents and this will cost you dearly.

I’ll call the team behind Taylor’s Lloyd, THE PROFESSIONALS. What they do is just exactly what you have to do when nasty tenants come across. From day one, Zach put everything in place until the case reach the Court with the expected results. No doubts there are now on my list of trusted businesses to deal with. Well done Zach !

Recieved an eviction letter from them which i ignored because i knew my landlord had broken the law so would not succeed with his case they then produced a back-dated form to the court to try and cover for the landlord, this was rejected so hopefully they charged my landlord a lot of money which served no purpose.

The back-dated letter they falsely said they sent me shows their lack of integruity.

Avoid them like the plague, if you are a legit and honest landlord that ahs not broken the law you don't need to engage the services of such dubious companies like this lot.

We called Taylor Lloyd this morning, and within a couple of hours Adam has already drafted and issued documents to our tenant.
