Brilliant service. I contacted a few different companies regarding a HTB survey that i needed on my property i was selling. Taylor Chartered Surveys were the cheapest and most productive with completing this survery as well as comunicating everything back to me. They cancelled an inspection 15 minutes before they were due to arrive, due to an emergency.

Whilst this was frustrating, I know these things can happen.

Disappointingly, I was offered another date 9 days later. When I asked that this be brought forward, given the urgency (this is delaying the sale of my property) and they were the ones that had cancelled on me, it was point-blank refused and offered no alternative other than the delayed date.

I have found another firm and will avoid Taylor Surveyors in future.

Great communication when first enquiring to book a valuation. Quick visit to the property and then received the valuation the next day.
