Just picked up my Rolex Datejust 41 from Felix at the shop and the whole experience was top-notch. Communication was seamless from the start on Chrono24. The watch is flawless, exactly as described, and came as a perfect full set. Felix is a total pro—he clearly knows his stuff and took the time to get the bracelet sized perfectly for me. If you’re looking for high-end watches, I can’t recommend them enough. Cheers guys!

Fantastic experience with TB Timepieces. Felix customised my Rolex watch with a diamond and ruby bezel and resized the bracelet. It was posted very quickly and securely. Great service and an amazing watch.

I purchased a second-hand Rolex from TB Timepieces around 2 years ago and it was absolutely flawless! Tom was so helpful and accommodating — even went the extra mile to add an extra link for me ❤️

I recently (and very annoyingly!) smashed the glass by accident, but Tom couldn’t have been more amazing. I sent it to him yesterday and it’s already being returned today, fully repaired! 🫶🏻

I bought a Rolex datejust for my daughters 30th birthday to the tune of £3700, it became faulty with the first few months of her wearing it, not keeping time or date, I sent it back to Felix for repair and then when it returned my daughter wore it in the shower and it became condensated, he says no Rolex is waterproof even the submariner, Rolex have confirmed that Rolex watches are waterproof and the model my daughter and I have are waterproof to 100m, certainly showerproof, I’ve asked to send the watch back and get a full refund so I can go to an official Rolex reseller but Felix is sticking to his theory that Rolex watches are purely dress watches, this I might add is not made known to you at the time of purchase on eBay. It’s not fit for purpose under the sale of goods 1979 act and mis sold under the unfair contract terms act 1977

The worst shopping experience I've ever had. I purchased a Cartier watch from their ebay store, did my due diligence to make sure it was a real store, had amazing feedback - everything looks legitimate on the face of it. Purchased the watch on a Tuesday, by Thursday/Friday I hadn't heard anything so popped them a message, they told me it was going to take 6 days to dispatch due to "insurances" I thought that's fine, I asked them to resize while they had it, no response. A few more days go by and I'm worried as no response so found the shops WhatsApp and explain I was getting worried. Was told again, delays due to insurances and that the watch wasn't actually on site and they had to get someone to pick it up and that wasn't happening until Tuesday, after which it was being delivered on Thursday. Come Wednesday I still had no updates so I messaged again to confirm dispatch. No response but they updated a tracking number, so that tells me it was dispatched. I move all my meetings around so I can be home for the delivery on Thursday and it doesn't arrive, so I again ask for info, at this point I want to cancel the order. I then have a call from Felix who tells me the watch is in the shop "waiting to be collected" and will be going out in the next few days. I have a moan about the lack of communication and about the watch being resized and he says he will get it sorted. Friday he calls me back and tells me it's now being resized (so obvs didn't go out the day prior) but the box is tatty so he's putting it in a bracelet box and is dispatching a replacement watch box... (which never arrived so clearly wasn't diaptched as he said it would be) He assures me it will be with me on Saturday. The watch does arrive on Saturday but it's extremely underwhelming and doesn't look great quality so I took it to a trusted dealer in my town, who tell me the watch does not have VS diamonds (as I'd been advised prior to buying it) they actually refer to them as "happy diamonds" in that they are just pleased to still be considered diamonds... The sapphire on the side is not testing as a sapphire and the weight of the watch itself is really off. They can't rule out it's not a super clone, coupled with the fact it didn't come in its original box, which is also a red flag, along with all the other red flags along the way. I didn't discuss this with the seller as I just wanted to be done at that point. Raised a return and that was dispatched on Monday. Seller then left me hanging for 5 days, telling me the watch hadn't arrived (whilst having it relisted on their shop...) before finally giving me a refund. So this is my honest review. Buyer beware and get the watches checked over independently. It may just be one that's slipped through the cracks. Given my experience, I wouldn't trust them at all.

I purchased a pre-owned Rolex from this seller via Chrono24, but I received a different watch to the one I bought. The design was significantly different, with smaller diamonds, different hands, and different details on the dial. I then had to return this back to them. The seller claimed the watch I bought was in stock and held for me and would be sent shortly, but after receiving a picture, it was clear they had replaced lots of the original parts and it no longer had a factory dial as stated in the listing. Communication was poor, the seller did not address all my concerns, take any accountability and was not apologetic in the slightest. I would not recommend this seller. Had I not been so switched on and spoken directly to Rolex and showed them images of the watches, I would unfortunately not have ever known that I was being sold something of much lower value and would have been scammed. Thankfully Chrono protected my money via a 3rd party escrow account so I immediately requested the refund. They use custom parts on watches they claim are from the factory.

Purchased a ladies Datejust in January this year with Tom through Chrono24. Was very wary in the beginning buying from the internet unseen. I need not have worried the transaction went through as smooth as butter. Tom could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond for me. Thank you Tom, I will be back for the MOP 😁
