Ordering was straight forward and the product came promptly

Shocking customer service! Ordered some press up bars, which were apparently delivered to a neighbour (who when spoken to hadn’t taken the parcel in) ignored by Tekbox and DPD until I repeatedly contact them, to which they reply it’s been delivered so no refund! All DPD can offer me is a picture of a front door (without the parcel or homeowner taking the delivery) neither party are willing to take responsibility and give me an explanation…

Easy to order online, competitive pricing, prompt delivery

Item was easy to order, arrived before time and was well packaged. Item looks good quality.

I bought this as a low shelf unit to go under a built in desk, and it fits the bill perfectly. It was fairly easy to assemble, although sometimes a third hand would have eased the process. The tools I needed to assemble it were in the box, including a spare screw, nut, etc, and despite my limited DIY skills it feels solid.

Awful company to deal with. Ordered a Komodo Thigh Extension machine only 1 of 2 parcels delivered. Had to get on to them to get the 2nd delivered that meant constantly contacting them and Royal mail. Apparently my second parcel couldn't be delivered as couldn't find my address then apparently i rearranged a delivery time and date which was requested by TekBox not me. Item arrived scratched, parts broken. Asked for replacement parts to which they agreed only to then ignore messages asking where the parts were. 23 Days and counting. Buy this item elsewhere if you can.

I am extremely pleased with my shelf unit. Arrived within 3 days of ordering. The quality and finish is of a high standard. Looks fabulous in my lounge. Thank you so much one happy customer!

Efficient ordering and delivery process. Unfortunately, when the product arrived a part was missing. On contacting TekBox regarding the matter it was dealt with in a very efficient manner and the part arrived within a couple of days.

The item was smaller than thought the measurements don’t go at bottom of carrier but the largest part which the middle so my pet struggled to move in it
Also I asked to return but I’ve not been able to not due to them but because it would cost 12.99 to return an item was only 19.99 so pointless so stuck with it now

Sturdy product, quick delivery

I’m very pleased with my purchase and experience as a whole. TekBox is an excellent supplier I’ve used for a couple of years for my business. They have always given me and my customers amazing service. 🤩 They always despatch orders fast and respond to emails equally fast. So I cannot fault them I will continue to use them. I have purcsahed folding chairs, there some black plastic cups, not sure for proper term, was missing. I have e-mailed to TekBox, and after couple days I have received them by post. And chairs seems really good quality and comfortable, especially for my Christmas quests. Not many companies,in nowadays, has really good customer services, but, TexBox has.
