This is a scam. Several orders never sent after months. They are just using you for a free loan. They do not reply to email.

Don’t trust. I’ve reached out 5 times about and order and no response. This was a preorder for March 30th and no responses. They created a shipping label but so far as of today, I’m still waiting for the item to be actually shipped

Honestly the worst store to ever exist, I’d be surprised if they were still in business in the next few months. Terrible owners, terrible people. Stay as far away as possible

Absolutely stay far away! They will gladly accept your money, produce a shipping label and not ship. I have multiple orders get produced a shipping label as far back to April 2025 and still has not been shipped out! I was able to find the product I ordered at Walmart before my pre-order even shipped and this is weeks after release! They also do not respond to emails, block you on IG if you DM them and disable commenting on all social media platforms.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!. MY $300 order is almost 1 month late and there was 0 response to any emails I sent them. Just doing a quick online search shows a TON of people experiencing the same thing. They turned off all comments on their social media pages to stop people from bringing up how they are taking money and not shipping orders.

I haven’t ordered online but in person is great they are so friendly and the atmosphere is just amazing. Everything is a bit overpriced but it always in stock and always high quality. TCG if you see this it’s the curly hair next to the dance studio.

I’ve bought online to different stores over 1,000 times and a bad experience I ignore usually. This is only the 3rd time I’ve ever written a review. I purchased something months ago and never received my product. Tried contacting them, not once response, no refund no nothing. Probably the worst place I ever bought anything from. If you can avoid this place. Rather pay over msrp than deal with this store

never buy from this shitty store. they don't send u the product and don't accept refund or respond to emails. thankfully i used my credit card but my friends were not so lucky

Worst experience/customer service ive ever received in my life. 1 response to 10+ emails on multiple orders, not one shipped and had to to do chargeback on every order with the bank. Do not order from this place ever hes a scammer

Scammers. Took preorders and haven't shipped anything out. Wont respond to any emails or calls. Even turns off their comments

Scammers. Pre ordered a box of cards and they never shipped it out. Provided tracking number but it still shows “USPS awaiting item” 2 months later. Similar experience to others.

Never received preorders nor any communication. DO NOT BUY

They will completely scam you and not fulfill your order. Enough said.

Run don't walk away from this store, will not honor preorders just looking for a loan until you finally charge back with your bank

Scammers. Similar experience to others. Preordered DR booster box months ago. They provided shipping label that never updates, no response to email or IG. Filed chargeback

Taking pre-orders and months later cancelling them without any prior notice nor issuing immediate refunds and for many folks never getting that refund until they raise a big deal about it to their financial institution. Also falsely claiming the cancellation reason as customer requested cancellation in an effort to claim 'restocking fees for customer cancellations'. Many others constantly reach out to TCGdistrict regarding order cancellations/issues/concerns and they are not responding to anyone. They go as far as doing fraudulent shipping with empty packages to some who resort to doing credit card chargebacks. As the number of folks continue to come forward increases they've had to disable comments on their public pages as well. Shady beyond belief

If I could leave 0 stars I would I tried doing a pre order from this company for journey together and destined rivals booster boxes they will not answer an email will not answer at all I had to do charge back on my cc for journey together now they message me saying I'm not getting my destined rivals boostrr box and there canceling my order and charging me 15% fee that's so crazy so I did another charge back.SYAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The company charges over MSRP, doesnt respond to instagram messages or emails then cancels your order without saying anything. i have proof from multiple people who have had random cancellations with no contact. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Placed a preorder and ended up wanting to cancel and they left me on delivered for 6 emails straight. Messaged them on all social media and still ignored. Took my money and won't refund. STAY AWAY!
