Great product, affordable price. But what I like the most is the ease of purchasing experience. This website interface is buyer friendly, a lot of payment option, also occasional emails that update on current shipment progress.

The time for the item to be receive is not accurate. and the tracking number just missrouted the package since early in the morning.

The stuff is delivered safety to my home. I ordered a laptop cooler, but too bad is the USB cable is not function, other of my USB cable is function when plug into the cooler. Its a little bit sad for the cable but overall is good.

Delivery was super fast and the product arrived in good condition.

This time I actually used my friend name and address to perform order.
Well first, when purchasing the mouse as my friend's birthday present and I search through tdc.my and saw the mouse i ordered still in stock.
But after purchase seller tell out of stock and now the present has delayed for 2 weeks.
Second, we never thought the stock will out and put a address that only short period of time we all stay, but after changed address with the seller after informed preset will not arrive so fast, but when delivered it still send to old address and luckily the location it sent to got people to receive the parcel.

Last time shop with novero is super good service, this time got a bit bad experience due to the problems above occurred
