Have had horrible experience

Have had horrible experience. I ordered a table 12 days ago. Immediately upon paying, I received no less than 20-25 texts and calls from spam numbers. Since then, I have been getting 30-40 spam calls daily. They sell your information if you buy off the website. On top of that, I have not heard a single thing about my order. I live less than 50 miles from their warehouse by the way.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we take concerns like this very seriously. We want to be absolutely clear that we do not sell or share our customers’ personal information with third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes. The situation you’re describing with spam calls is extremely concerning, but it would not be a result of placing an order with us.
Regarding your order, that’s not the experience we want you to have. I see your order was delivered on February 26, it was placed on the 11th that same month. I am sorry if that lead time did not work for you but these larger heavy items take time to ship. I hope you enjoy you items!

After reaching out to the…Teak Table

After reaching out to the representative, we were informed regularly on schedules, delivery, etc. The delivery was done well and efficiently. Delivery team was friendly and helpful.

Extremely happy to purchase lifetime teak pieces

Purchased all our outdoor furniture from Teak warehouse and we are extremely happy with the product quality, the communication while awaiting delivery of some pieces and the design options available. Victoria was amazing, and very helpful and definitely looked out for me regarding the pieces I was interested in that had not been available at the time but luckily popped up later on. I am extremely happy with all my purchases and the recommendations Victoria happily gave based on the design elements we were going for.

The quality of the lounge chair is…not as Good the ones we bought originally

The quality of the lounge chair is noticeably less than what we originally purchased, even tho it was supposedly the exact same. Thinner wood pieces, steel not brass fittings, slight differences in size --- smaller) noticeable when placed next to our first set. Kind of a bummer

We wanted to clarify that we transitioned to stainless steel hardware because it is significantly more durable for outdoor environments, which is why it’s commonly used in marine applications as well. This change was made to improve the longevity and performance of the product over time.
Regarding the lounger, it was intentionally designed to be wider for added comfort. We understand that this may not have been what you expected, and we’re sorry for any frustration. While the dimensions are listed on our website, we apologize if the change wasn’t clear and that it impacted your experience.

cool product purchased but had need of personal touch service to answer a question a moment after I ordered. I received an email almost immediately from Casey Martin, maybe the dept manager for service, and generated a quick dialogue to answer my question. No robot!

Not the service I expected

Shipment was slow in that they had emailed me and it went in junk. I don't know it went it junk, why don't you call as well? Then, shipment was in two different shipments because they couldn't fit it all on the same truck. Second shipment came in the back of a pickup. And, my couch has visible wood glue on the joint. Now I have to figure out how to get it off. For expensive, custom furniture, expected more.

I am so sorry for the frustration with communication and the delivery process, as well as the issue you noticed on one of your items. This is not the level of experience we aim to provide. During the time you purchased, our company was in the process of relocating to Dallas, Texas, and because of that, our delivery team did not have the same trucks available to them that we had before. Nonetheless though, I am very sorry that this impacted the convenience of receiving everything in one delivery/shipment.
I also would be happy to take a further look at the issue you had with sofa. If it's still something that is causing concern, I would love to find a solution for you and see what we can do.

Great side tables

Great side tables that go so well with our new outdoor furniture. Received an email when item was shipping and was able to track. From sale to email was a tad longer than expected, but I was anxious to know that I was going to get the items.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not sign for anything with issues with their furniture even if you note damage on the delivery sheet and both white glove delivery and you take photos and discuss the damage. Teak Warehouse does not stand behind imperfect goods, and customer service is of no use or help with issues even with their own visual of notation of the damage. Their last feedback was that I bought a table on sale so it's "as is" which isn't noted anywhere on the website and were not willing to even compensate for a repair or reduction in price for a damaged table top that looked like they tried to do a patch job on it. Even acknowledged by the very expensive white glove delivery we also paid for. I would NEVER buy from the again. What good is a furniture company who doesnt stand behind their damaged furniture? For a designer it only created more headaches and with 15 years in this business, there are damaged goods delivered regularly from all vendors, it all boils down to how it's dealt with in the end, and from the lower end of West Elm, to the higher end of Dedon, Teak Warehouse is the ONLY one in 15 years who didnt stand by replacing, or offering compensation to keep the imperfect goods in all these years.

The reply from Casey is completely false- both the delivery people, and myself who inspected the table noted the damage and even took photos - I stand by not trusting teak warehouse and as someone who buys furniture for clients weekly, I would NEVER recommend them. As we all know it’s not taking the order that counts it’s standing behind what gets delivered in the end. Funny how I got the as is for sale goods story/response when I called them despite not mentioning it when I ordered the table, and now months later they come up with another story that the damage wasn’t reported when we received the table. Total lies!

I am so sorry to hear that about this issue. Looking further at your order, I can see that your table was signed for & delivered in good condition. The table was accepted and signed for as-is, and nothing was rejected back with the carrier, and no mentions/notes of damage were made. As mentioned over our email correspondence, and as noted on your invoice/order confirmation, all items must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery for any damages/defects. Any items found to be damaged/defective must be immediately rejected and sent back with the carrier in order to be eligible for replacement(s). This is a very standard delivery practice, and one that we outline in detail on all order documents/info.

Nonetheless, I'm sorry that this inspection process was not what you preferred, and though a replacement was not possible at the time since the item was not rejected, I can see we did offer to arrange a repair service for the part of the table that was damaged. I know you declined this offer originally, but I would be happy to still get something arranged for you if you change your mind.

Your feedback is valuable to us, and hearing of this unsatisfactory experience that has left you unhappy is not what we strive for. I know some time has passed, but I would still be happy to explore some options and see if there is something we can do to help improve your experience with us.

It was my decision as CEO to move our company out of CA. The cost structure of running this business in CA was just too much for our little company to handle. We are alive and strong in Dallas, Texas, and I hope you can continue to support us. I also hope you can understand that the decision to move out of CA was not an easy one, but 50% of our employees and all but one of our management staff followed us, which was a huge honor for us.
