Was sceptical because of the negative reviews but the prices are so good I thought I'd risk it and I'm very glad I did. The package arrived within 48 hours and the quality of the product is top grade. Will definitely be ordering again.

Although I paid for 24 hours shipping. Took around 4 working days to arrive.

Apart from that the package arrived and is good quality smoke! Very pleased

Due to the bad reviews I contacted the firm after placed order as ot made me panic, I had a reply from them and my items arrived as described and when was told it would come. Highly recommend, and great prices, even had a free 3.5 included. Thanks guys. Honestly really great experience.

EDIT: DAY 3 STILL NO REFUND!! Iv ordered of these 2 weeks ago now, when they eventually sent it out it arrived late, no tracking on the parcel andwhen it did turn up, it was rotten and brown. totally unusable.
Iv requested a return with a refund but again having trouble with customer service, no one wants to reply and if the do they've obviously not even read the message properly.
then to top it of, iv already left 2 reviews on here, 1 then a edited 1 after for them to be taken down, even tho it sat in the guidelines.
Avoid these at all cost, go see your local. better chance.

Placed my order on Saturday and did 48 hours tracked, never received the tracking number and still haven't received my order, tried emailing, Facebook message and instergram dming them but I've had no response

SCAMMERS. Ordered on 10th March for next day delivery. Several messages on that chat and email have gone unanswered,still nothing received by 27th March. Avoid at all costs. Mountbliss.me are far superior, always deliver next day with clear tracking. Now having to claim money back via my bank. Waste of time, don't waste yours!

Paid on the Wednesday received on a Sunday due to paying for 24 hour postage my review is fairly positive my only fault is no tracking is provided and no free samples as advertised..runtz th plus is the one ! My partner also ordered and received fairly quicky also

I ordered and paid extra for 24hr tracked. Then read the reviews and thought i’d been done over. It came late but it arrived without an issue. The tracking didn’t get sent to me hence the 4 star but i received the product.

Came a day late and yet to try my order, fingers crossed.

Scam company - thieves and scumbags, all of them.

Paid for next day delivery. Never received a tracking code or my items! Tried for days to get in contact with customer service to see what’s going on and nothing. SCAMMMM. Stay away.

I would honestly give 0 stars if that was an option, I made a purchase through Tealerlabs website, I was told there was a problem with the transaction, I checked my credit card account and the payment was in fact successful, I wasn't given an order number, I sent several messages to customer services which were all ignored and now I'm in the process of recovering my money through my credit card, overall a really bad experience, I'm convinced these people are scammers holding on to your money for as long as possible and selling your data, what a shame when so many people want to support your business and you treat them like that 😐

Took my money but never confirmed my order due to a supposed 'error' in their system. Now won't get back to me to refund me, this is 100% a scam, these guys are con artists and thieves. Avoid this company like the plague, they are criminals.

No delivery, no tracking, no correspondence from customer service.

Ordered 4 days ago on a "48 hour delivery promise" item hasn't even been dispatched yet and any attempt to contact tealerlab and all emails regarding updates and eventually cancellation requests have either been ignored or just unopened altogether.

Never had any issues until I cancelled an order.
Advised money was refunded and now 1 month later no refund.
Advised bank to retrieve funds.
Customer service is terrible.
Happy to take your money but not return it if things do not go to plan.
PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

Edited my previous post was very negative as truly believed I hadn’t received goods. I had but partner had put them to one side believing it was a birthday gift that wasn’t opened. Order on 24th received 3rd but was Christmas period Would be five stars but took a lot of messages to get tracking number and solved the missing delivery. I’ll be buying more just be aware that may take a week or more. I’ll edit this if I find improvement. There not a scam.

Update: received my order almost a week after ordering and paying for next day delivery. To be honest it was not worth the wait and there is something incredibly off with it. You get a high that lasts for roughly ten minutes and it tastes god awful. I have thrown it in the bin, do not buy from here. My regular place is called Kushte and they have much superior products, postage times and customer service.

Do not buy from here it is a scam. I ordered something on the 3/12 with next day delivery and I have received nothing, no tracking number, no responses to emails or to their chat bot. I have tried repeatedly since the 4th and the 5th to contact them.

I am now out of pocket and it has messed my weekend plans up. I will be following this up with my bank. There are many other decent places to buy the same products from. I would recommend that anyone steer clear off tealerlabs in all of its iterations. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed do not waste your time or money with these scumbags.
