As the owner of DayBrook Homes, a bathroom remodeling company in Baltimore, I can tell you that scheduling is everything in our business. Every job has demo, plumbing, glass, and finish work that all have to land in the right order, and one slipped date can ripple across the whole calendar. Even for our 1-day shower solutions, project management and timing is imperative! TeamGantt has been our go-to for keeping all of that organized for a long time now, and it just works.
What I love most is how visual it is. My production team can look at the board and instantly see where every project stands, who’s on what, and what’s coming up next. When something shifts (and in remodeling, something always shifts), dragging a task and seeing the dependencies update saves us a ton of back and forth. It keeps our crews, our office, and me on the same page without endless calls and texts.
It’s also easy enough that new team members pick it up fast, which matters a lot when you’re growing. We’re scaling aggressively, and TeamGantt has scaled right along with us.
If you’re running a construction or remodeling company and you’re still juggling spreadsheets and whiteboards, do yourself a favor and make the switch. Five stars, no hesitation!

I don't understand why you can't export…
I don't understand why you can't export a Gantt chart with the days of the week at the top. It is so frustrating and such an easy thing to add to your tool. I have had so many clients ask for this and we cannot provide it. I have sent this note to you for feedback numerous times over the years. It would vastly improve my score if this feature was added.

Simple, effective and continuously improving
I’ve been using TeamGantt for some time and I’m very satisfied with it. It’s intuitive, well designed, and particularly effective for keeping a clear overview of projects, tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
What I appreciate most is its simplicity: it makes it possible to manage even fairly complex projects without adding unnecessary overhead for the team. The recent introduction of AI (beta) is a very welcome addition! The support has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.
Overall, it’s a solid and well-thought-out product that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for an effective and straightforward project planning tool.

You guys are great. Your chat bot is usually pretty helpful, and I especially love that we can always talk to a human. Even better is when the bot recognizes a human is needed for a billing question and calls one up in less than five minutes.

Robotic customer support
I keep on getting messages from the CEO and founder in my inbox, howeverTeam Gantt don't give any ability for responses back. Their customer support doesn't help with getting people supported into a plan they like and just dictate what is what with their offers with no room for conversation about someone's circumstance.

I use TG in my High School STEM…
I use TG in my High School STEM program. Students use the software to plan and organize long-term projects. The software is very easy to use and share info with others. I also appreciate how helpful and responsive the staff are when I have a question. My perspective on this is making Gantt Charts. We do not use some of the other features included with the software.

Huge help with time management, easy to use, great experience
I was looking for a long time for an application/website that could provide me with an easy Gantt chart. I’m on my final year of university and having a clear schedule on which I could write steps for each project is a big advantage. TeamGantt provides a visible and easy to use website on which I can see steps that I need to follow in order to finish bigger and more demanding projects. Thanks to that I’m more aware of smaller deadlines, milestones, and I’m more able to see the real time to reach given goals.
I really recommend it!
