I invested $ 913.00 last December 15, 2025, in Tech RMS Trading using their automated trading system. After sometime my account showed a balance of $ 1,843.46 as of April 7, 2026. However, when I tried to withdraw my profits, I was told by my account manager, Ms. Maxine Uy, that I can only withdraw $ 60.00 and I need to deposit $ 1,000 before I can process the withdrawal of bigger amount. This raised serious concerns for me, as legitimate trading platforms usually deduct fees from existing balances rather than requiring new deposits.
They granted me to withdraw only $ 60.00 last February 11, 2026, and I have not been able to withdraw my profits. I told my account manager, Ms. Maxine Uy, that I want to close my account in order to recover my invested money.
This is my personal experience, and I strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this platform. Sometimes we trust our fellow Filipinos because they are Filipino.

I’m posting this based on my personal experience so others don’t go through the same stress. I deposited $10,800 USD after being encouraged by Tech-RMS to join a so-called “special market event” that they described as a rare opportunity with up to 90% profit that could supposedly be withdrawn right away. That event, however, never produced any results, and in hindsight, it now seems questionable whether such an event even existed.
The account manager told me I was eligible for a 100% first-month bonus and reassured me that withdrawals were easy — my first small withdrawal (around $66) gave me false confidence.
After I added more funds, Tech-RMS applied large “bonuses” that came with very high trading-volume conditions I was never made to fully understand. These restrictions later made it nearly impossible for me to withdraw my own money.
When I began to ask questions and requested to withdraw, I was told the “bonuses” had to be “worked out” for several months. Even worse, trades continued to be made on my account despite my instructions to stop.
Through the help and intervention of FXCL, I eventually recovered $7,047, but I still lost almost $3,700 of my original funds. This experience has been financially and emotionally draining.
I have since communicated with other former clients (from 2023 to 2025) who shared similar stories about locked accounts, lost capital, and delayed withdrawals.
My advice:
Be very cautious with offers of guaranteed profit or special “market events.”
Never allow any third party full control of your trading account unless you completely understand every condition in writing.
Review all “bonus” policies carefully, as they can be used to restrict your withdrawals.
I share my story not to attack but to warn others before it’s too late. I have documentation and communications to support every detail if anyone wishes to verify.
If the clients would say here that they had profit and had withdrew inclusing me, I'll rate 10 stars and positive feedback.
I am a Filipina, In July 2025 my previous account manager told me that I can withdraw my profit, she ask me to pay the 10% xrate fee of my total profit in July 24, 2025. I needed money to cover cost for hospitalization so i keep on follow up until My previous account or Fund Manager took her leave in August 2025 and left me worried, stress and frustrated because i did not receive my money up to this moment of my writing. I keep on sending emails to support team then August 20, a new Filipino Fund manager (Sky Velasco) introduce herself and after that one call she never call back neither response to all my emails and my concerns never resolve.
Almost everyday of the week I sends emails and chat to support team unfortunately No response.
A Senior Fund manager, Maxim Uy in Sept 5, 2025 said she’s working on my concern, then after that she’s nit responding to all my emails too.
I am very much frustrated they haven’t release my profit and NOBODY was seriously attending to my account for over 2 months now. My account has $4,400 including the fee i paid to withdraw but now total is 3,292.00 and i don’t know what is going on.
There was no support, No calls, No responses to all of my emails, Nothing to keep me calm.
I send email to fxcl for help so they can relay my messages to tech rms but i don’k know what is going on.
Sorry but I need to use this platform to call your attention, and to please relay my sad experience to the right authority in charged.
I am seriously not getting any support from RMS so since I already paid the 10% in July 24, 2025 to withdraw, I would like to withdraw my money and close my account.

My reviews about Tech RMS have continuously been flagged and removed, even though I am simply sharing my real experience. I lost almost USD 4,000, and I cannot just stay silent and let this pass. That amount is not small, and what happened has caused me both financial loss and deep stress.
From the start, I was never made to understand that the so-called “bonuses” would tie up my own funds under restrictive conditions. My fund manager told me that since it was my first month, I was entitled to a 100% bonus — and at no point did he say that this would later prevent me from withdrawing my own money. He repeatedly assured me that withdrawals were “easy,” especially after my first small withdrawal of USD 66. That gave me trust in the process, which in hindsight was misplaced.
Later on, they invited me to join a “market event” that they said guaranteed a 90% profit. But when it didn’t turn out as promised, I was told unbelievable excuses — that other supposed clients couldn’t fund their accounts because one had a wife in the hospital and another was waiting for insurance money to be released. If these stories were even true, it’s absurd to think those clients would just agree to wait months (3–7 months, as they told me) before getting their money back. It sounded more like a script than a legitimate explanation.
Please stop claiming that “everything is legal.” Many other victims from 2023–2024 have the same story — and not a single one has recovered their money. If that’s what you call “legal,” then people need to seriously question what kind of business you are running.
I will continue posting my reviews even if they keep getting flagged because this experience — for me and many others — has been financially draining and emotionally exhausting. Sharing this is not defamation; it is a duty to warn others so that they don’t go through the same deception that we did.

I came across Tech-RMS through a Facebook ad for a forex trading bot. After leaving my number, I received calls from their team (claiming to be in Singapore with Filipino staff) and was guided via Google Meet to open an account with FXClearing and fund it with $500.
Before trading began, I was asked to confirm bonus-related terms through a voice call. I also signed a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) with FXClearing, appointing RMS Technologies Ltd. as manager under a MAM structure. The LPOA gave them trading control (but not withdrawal rights) and stated I could revoke the authorization in writing.
Later, Tech-RMS introduced additional “opportunities” such as group trading and a “market event” that promised a fixed 70% return. This raised concerns for me. During trading, I noticed positions being opened without clear stop-losses and the account suffering increasing drawdowns. I also became uneasy when I realized some of the staff profile photos used by Tech-RMS were not authentic — reverse image searches showed they belonged to unrelated individuals, raising further doubts about transparency.
I tried several times, over the course of weeks, to revoke the MAM access by emailing and contacting FXClearing through their official channels. I received no proper response. Instead, Tech-RMS kept calling me from different Philippine numbers rather than a consistent hotline.
It was only after I posted reviews here on Trustpilot and other platforms, and even reported the matter to Dragonpay, that FXClearing finally took action. They disabled the MAM and processed a partial withdrawal of $378 (after deductions).
Key lessons from my experience:
* Read the LPOA/MAM carefully and know how to revoke it.
* Be cautious with bonus conditions that restrict withdrawals.
* Ask for written agreements, not just voice confirmations.
* Treat promises of fixed high returns (like 70%) as red flags.
* Always verify whether the broker and manager are licensed and regulated.
* Be cautious if communication is only through changing phone numbers with no official hotline.
* Keep records of all calls, emails, and screenshots.
This is my personal experience, and I’m sharing it so others can be better informed and avoid similar stress.

They contacted me and urged me to invest and I will be able to recover my funds within a month. I invested $1500 and they only made me withdraw $82. After that, they wont allow me to withdraw my investment and want me to invest more before i can withdraw my money.
This is to warn others to be very careful when investing in this company. You will not be able to get your money back and they will just sweet-talk you to invest a large sum of money only to lose it all.

Nagpanic ako nakita ko yung ibang reviews dito tungkol sa victim experiences at mga scammers na kumukuha ng pondo na walang malinaw na dahilan kasi 1 year na ko nagtetrade ngayon sa RMS kala ko victim na ako, pero ambilis naman mag respond ang support at naaayos agad requests ko. Maganda ang naging handling ng account ko sa totoo lang.Kakakausap ko lang din sa fund manager ko ngayon at wala naman ako reklamo kasi kumikita naman ako.Siguro kailangan lang lagi mag coordinate sa kanila like any other software which is fair naman na kasi yun na lang ginagawa ko sa account.

Guys dont invest your money with tech rms they are professional SCAMMERS! Dont be deceive with their enticing promises. They are not true. I invested 1350 dollars as initial capital and i dont know what happened to my investment. I wanted to withdraw all my money but now my account manager is holding it. I cant withdraw not even a single cent. Im sick and tired following up but all in vain. Im thinking of filing a complaint with NBI to teach thse people a lesson. Had I invested my money in other credible trading company, my money could have soubled by now.
So I am asking Techrms higher management to intervene on my case. I will file a complaint with cybercrime division of NBI in order to put a stop scamming people.

Pure scammers. Dont conduct business with them. They will entice you with their bot but after gaining profit from it they will ask you to join a fund event and ask you to add 1000 dollars. But which does not take place. They will not return your money.
