I became the victim of a blue screen of death while wfh during the covid pandemic. Despite going through numerous you tube tutorials I couldn’t fix the issue which was causing me productivity issues. I put a request for recommended local IT consultants on the neighbourhood app and Alex responded promptly with his contact details. We communicated over email and phone with no resolve so Alex collected the PC and fixed the issue over the weekend.
He kept me updated and was on hand late on a Sunday evening when I had a subsequent issue with inappropriate notifications!

After several attempts to fix my MacBook Air with no hope, I decided to try find someone locally to try save the day. I could not even access my system, and I had both Windows and OS X installed on it and therefore I had quite a bit of data to save. I came across Tech Check details online, and it was a smooth and professional service from beginning to end.

Alex collected my device, managed to rebuild it, safely recovered all my data and delivered the fixed laptop within 2 days. A cost effective and amazing service. I couldn't thank Alex enough, and will definitely be recommending his service to friends and family.
