He listened to me really well answered all my Questions and did a really good job. I am very much satisfied with the services provided to me by TechDrive Support.

Curtis and Brian were really helpfull in the entire process and i am really impressed with their service.TechDrive Support is a legitimate company that provides customer service to help people with their Technical Issues.

Martin, the technician who was assigned to my request, was not respectful and patient at all with me. I'm a French speaker and he told me that I didn't understand anything and that I was asking too much questions (I barely asked him 3 questions)... I found him quite abrupt and unprofessional, he avoided answering my questions and let me wait 2 hours on the phone before I asked him if I could go to a meeting. I am still confused why he was so rude.

The guy literally hung up on me. "You'll have to call Apple support." He asked me to download a screen-sharing tool - the download didn't work - and he just dumped me right there.

This company purports to be working in association with Norton, and others.
Should be an option for a Negative Star for scammers.

Norton confirms that they do NOT have 3rd party support companies working with them.
They say they're offering 4 years of 24x7 support for $499 - and the this includes the Norton subscription.

We then contacted Norton's actual support and confirmed that they do NOT work with TechDrive, or any other company.
Tech drive is fake and Fraud company

Mickey was very comprehensive and very professional. He was very thorough in explainning the things. I would give him a raise if i could.

Both the technicians were very good. Very knowledgeable and put me at ease and got my problem resolved. They did a great job. They always told me they will fix my problem and that's what they did so i am very pleased with the support i got from TechDrive Support.

I would describe my Technician Stephen in only the highest of terms for his ability to help solve all issues of my computer. He was very well informed, very professional, very polite and extremely patient. He went above and beyond to make sure i understood what he was doing and what to do if there is a future problem. TechDrive Support provided me really good services.
