Techfident Limited Reviews

I am writing, once again, to say how much I enjoy dealing with Techfident Ltd. They keep you informed, are quick, and this time gave me advice on which external DVD player to buy for my new Acer Aspire. I would recommend this company and will thank them for their excellent service. The packaging was recycled, recyclable and sustainable.

I am now ready for Windows 11... and am saying goodbye to Windows 8.1 !!

Excellent service, nothing more to add.

Happy customer, ordered next day delivery , received in time at a good price
Wife happy with service and product.
Excellent all round.

The product I was looking for was out of stock pretty much everywhere except Techfident. I was initially concerned as I wasn't sure if at best the item was out of stock and the site hadn't been updated or at worst the company wasn't trustworthy- In the past I've ordered from companies saying they had stock of an item and hadn't and then had to wait several weeks (having already paid) whilst waiting for the item to come back into stock and then shipped.
Anyway I called Techfident and spoke to a really helpful guy who even checked there was physical stock and basically put my mind at ease. So I ordered about 7pm and sure enough the item was delivered the next day.
I was really impressed at how I was treated and how the company went the extra mile, really impressive! Thank you

Really good service ordered my item and got it delivered 2 days later in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone.

Reasonably quick delivery, no hassle ordering - great overall!

Excellent service, very helpful.

Fantastic service, quick delivery, good communication and well packaged delivery.

Incredible service! Within minutes of my order, Andy called me to say I had sadly missed the 24-hour delivery deadline (which I had guessed but thought I'd try!) and since I was going to be out the following day, arranged for it to be delivered on the third day, at my request. I mentioned that if there was any chance of earlier delivery, I would leave an outer door open (secure inner door!) and lo and behold, the printer arrived on Day Two. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much!

Brought new LG projector, it came very quickly, customer service was excellent, always emailed back,
would definitely use again 👍

First time ordering from Techfident as hadn't heard of them before but they were excellent. They offered the printer I bought at the most competitive price I could find online and it was delivered the next day. Will definitely look at them first for any future perchases.

Competitive prices, quick delivery, and excellent customer service. What's not to like!

Bought 32gb of G.skill TridentZ RGB 3600mhz from them. Was really impressed with the price which at the time was so much more cheaper then every where else. It arrived a day sooner then expected in perfect condition. The best customer service is when the customer never needs to contact them because everything went smoothly from start to finish and this site delivered on that.

First impressions count and this company have impressed right from the start.

Great price, excellent delivery options and exceptional customer service. If you're looking for IT equipment and you're wondering whether or not to give this company a try, let them wow you.

Absolutely superb service, advice and support. Extremely fast delivery. Definitely recommend this company.

Great advice and pricing along with follow-up service, will continue to use Techfident for our IT needs going forward!
