Dave was prompt and super-efficient as usual. He was clear in his explanations and recommendations and fair in his financial dealings. As a bonus, in addition to giving our alarm system its annual test he also solved our garage door closing problem for us.

Dave was able to fit us in the same day due to a cancellation and completed the job in quick time with a great finish. I would definitely recommend based on reasonably priced, availability and great finish.

Dave’s technical expertise is exemplary. Had a problem with my alarm system and was with me with hour. His skill at analysing the problem was very impressive and he soon got my alarm system back in working order. I was highly satisfied with outcome, and the very quick response to my call out.

Where do we begin .
We call out TMS to refit a ring doorbell after renovations.
Dave came along and sorted it for us , whilst there we mentioned that our BT internet was not at all good , Dave looked at the things that he could do to improve it and then came along and did just that , we now have good internet throughout the house
. After being pleased with the work that Dave had done we then asked him please would he sort out our unreliable CCTV system which is now working perfectly
.Hence we would not hesitate in recommending Tec My Space.

Had a problem with a cable stuck in the phone socket. Phoned Dave Jepson and he came within the hour which I was really pleased with. He managed to get the cable out and sorted the router out as well so the Internet connection was working and also tested the phone line for any faults which was fine. He was very helpful and did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I needed my cameras updating under urgent conditions. Dave moved jobs around to accommodate my job and ensure I was safe. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I couldn’t thank or recommend this company enough.

I called on Dave to help run a new fibre optic cable which BT had refused to do because it was a difficult job and required an engineer to go into a confined cellar space. Dave was thorough in his assessment of the job and even though it ended up being more difficult than first thought, he stuck with it and was determined to get the cable set up. He is very reliable, not only in terms of turning up when he says he will, but will go out of his way to make sure the job you need doing gets done, no matter how difficult it turns out to be. Tenacity must be his middle name.
He did a great job for me a few years ago and was the first person I thought of to get this job done. Thank you Dave.

Dave came to mount a 65inch tv on a wall. There were some complications but he sorted it all out perfectly.
He is very trustworthy and professional.A pleasure to deal with and quoted a fair price.

Extremely pleased with service. We didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Arrived promptly after giving us a courtesy call with time of arrival. Asked comprehensive questions in order to ascertain our requirements and issues. Obviously very knowledgeable. Definitely happy to recommend.

Wi fi signal problems
We have always had problems around barn because of solid walls,Dave was careful to hide cables and now we have excellent Wi-Fi through out property.

Dave was really helpful with installing cables up to my new home office. My advance info wasn't great as I was working away but he was very accommodating and kept me up to date with progress throughout. Cables run were very neat and tidy, which was my main concern. Couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend more.

As always, prompt and friendly service. Dave has the patience and persistence to troubleshoot any problems that arise and time to explain the issues.

TMS came to quote for wired cameras and a wireless fire alarm system. Time was taken to fully understand our requirements and work out what we needed. The work was completed efficiently and care was taken to work around the confines of our house. Overall great professional job.

I work from home and when my phone and internet started playing up the implications of not being able to work from home were massive. I thought about phoning the line provider but decided to give Tech My Space a call. They arrived before I could have logged the problem, shortly after the fault was found, explained, repaired cleanly, test and demonstrated. Can’t comment much about quality only time will tell. Couldn’t ask for more, 5 stars. Happy to recommend them and will personally use them again.
